Place an order by phone around 12:15am paid with card told me it didn?t go though told them I will pay cash then never... received my order . Called back hours later spoke to the manager asking what happened with my order that I never received an gotcharged for told me that I didn?t get charged an the money was going to get reimbursed in three days asked him what happen withthe decency of giving me a call back A call if they won?t going to deliver anything stood waiting for my pizza for an hour I washungry didnt even tried doing anything to help me out claimed his name was Jose el dragon i no it was a bullshet name but it iswhat it is bad experience will never place another order from Papa John?s thanks to the bad service an bad experience that Ireceived by phone . I ordered a large pie with extra sauce and got a pie with just crust and cheese no sauce at all, when I called back they... wouldn?t help me resolve my issue and rudely kept hanging up on me. Finally I got someone on the phone and they promised me arefund or a replacement pie, I got neither. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pie in the garbage and I will be contacting corporate.Next time have the decency of not hanging up when someone is calling you because YOU messed up the order. Smh no integrity . Such a bad service, waited for an hour and a half, no excuse, cold pizza, off course it was paid for. Not the first time is... marked as delivered, 20 mins before they show up. This location sucks, called and nobody answered for follow up or complaints,but every time i called for new orders they did answer, have been ordering for a long time and i just got tired of theirmisstreat. I personally haven?t had a bad experience! Pizzas? always good! To be quite honest, reading all these bad reviews just sound so... absurd and have no logic lol. Goes to show you people will complain for anything! If you?re not having a good experience with arestaurant, don?t order from there again and save yourself the trouble. If you are going to order from this papa johns, please don?t waste your time asking them for blue cheese. They always forget to... put the blue cheese. I mentioned to the guy over the phone to not forget the blue cheese 4-5 times and they still didn?t bringthe blue cheese. This is not the second or third time. Papa was definitely not in the house on this one. Ordered last night and the pizza definitely had that taste of old pizza. Very... difficult to pull the slices apart. Definitely didn't enjoy my pizza at all. The chicken poppers were good I wont lie there. Yahslipped up on this one. Also, I tracked the order and it said delivered so I had to call the store just to make sure it wasn'tdelivered to the wrong building. After that it took maybe a good 10 mins. To sum it alllll up, the pizza was old, tasted old,could be better, HAS BEEN BETTER. Read more
I use to order from here at least 3 times a month but now HELL NO!!! My pizza came stale, no sauce, absolutely almost no cheese... at all (I think it was expired) I even ordered extra cheese. You just lost one of your customers. Read more
