Michelle was super impatient and rude. There seemed to be a young lady training and Michelle just kept snapping at her. Honestly the best subway experience I've had and I've been sampling since 2007 at least. Great crew, great view and good food
The restaurant itself is clean and updated, however I was there today and the guy who felt like the manager was a complete tool... to the young girl working and to myself. Also, when is wearing a cigarette behind your ear while making people's food okay? Read more

The last 5 months of going here wasn?t so great. I?ve had ants in my fountain drink three times in a row. I?m not one to... complain so I just take it for what it is and hoping they fix it. After the third time, I haven?t went back. I just went backagain today as a last resort. 12/21/21 and I had Michelle complete my order. She was such a superstar. She actually talked to meand was very professional and nice. They haven?t had a good employee like that for months. I?m only giving a 3 star because shechanged my thought around. It makes me so sad to see one employee in the entire building working so hard to make food for a line out the door. I wish I... could leave two separate reviews for this place. 5 stars for the employee (I think his name is Danny?) struggling to keep up butstill doing a fantastic job, and 0 stars for the people that run and manage this place. There should always, ALWAYS be a managerin the store at all times. And can i just say, this happened on a Saturday. Who in their right mind would leave one person to dothe job of 3 on a weekend??
