Never coming back. I ordered salt and vinegar wings and the wings where completely covered in a tick layer of salt I shook off... what must have been 2 tablespoons worth of salt and there was still a ton on the wing. My family and I wanted to have a nice family dinner — it was my turn to choose — and I picked this specific Buffalo Wild... Wings. This restaurant was especially my favorite but after dining in here, my opinion will change. I arrived with my family andit looked very nice yet empty. We sat down, had a [nice] waitress serve us flat (not carbonated) Diet Pepsi’s. My dad ended upgetting his drink 30 minutes later while my mother’s and my drinks were there. We got some excuse that the bar was filled andthe bartender was busy. We checked and there was only 3 people sitting at the bar out of around 10 chairs. We didn’t want toleave and decided to give the restaurant a redemption (which didn’t work out after all). We waited 30 minutes for everythingwe asked for. It was ridiculous. At that point, I just wanted to leave. However, a nice waiter (who wasn’t our waiter) thatknew what he was doing actually gave us a status update on one of our orders; something which our original waitress lacked.Thankfully, our food arrived but our check ended up being expensive and the tip wasn’t well deserved. The only person whodeserved the tip was the nice waiter. Do not go to this place unless you have read the reviews. Worst buffalo wild wings I've ever been to. Ordered take out. Took over an hour to get my food. Kept telling me it will be out... in 10 mins multiple times. Asked to talk to manager and get a refund which is when they got my food out. Once I got it, it wasthe wrong order. They gave me different sauced wings from what I ordered. I did not enjoy my meal, it was not worth the wait. Read more
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the young staff that had no type of customer service skills. They all... just walked around and didn't acknowledge patrons too much. I decided to be patient for a while. The wings and oniin rings weredelicious and worth the wait. Read more
sat and waited 30 minutes before our server arrived, and the place was not busy. appetizer and dinner came out at the same time,... and better that we did not have utensils at our table. after 10 minutes,we walked up to one of the other servers who wasvisibility on his phone along with the other servers, to ask for utensils. overall poor experience, with terrible service andquality of cleanliness. First time ordering from the new Nanuet Buffalo Wild Wings and extremely disappointed. We ordered a "bundle" of 15 bone in... wings, 15 boneless wings and fries for the obnoxious price of $35 + tax. We arrived exactly at the designated pickup time butstill had to wait 5 minutes and somehow, everything was ice cold. Not warm. Not lukewarm. Ice cold. We ordered mediumbuffalo sauce on the boneless wings but, although they put a "buffalo" sticker on the box, there was no sauce. Just plainchicken tenders with no flavor. Will not be returning.
