Always a great spot to go to at the Palisades Mall. The wait is always 10min or less compared to other places that's 1hr or 1.5.... The food is fresh, hot, and fast. The waiters are great. The service is why we keep coming back. Josh was great!! Read more

Update 1/21/2021 We had a much better experience today! Reminder to future self.. the big mouth bites sliders are super yummy!!... Just ask for them to be plain, no cheese, no seasoning and fries with no seasoning and wow it is perfect!! Everything was superclean this time. Service was very fast and friendly. No masks required as soon as you get to your table so you can eat like anormal human being! Great experience! On a side note.. the governors of NY and NJ are destroying large and small businesses..from the movie theaters, bowling alleys, stores, and restaurants to entire malls.. these rediculous lockdowns will causeeverything to go bankrupt and shutter forever. I have never seen this mall or the Paramus NJ malls so empty in my entire life.All these thousands of employees will lose their jobs if the malls and movie theaters close forever. This virus has infectedmillions, but 99% of them get a mild headache and recover, just like the common flu and common cold. But locking down andmasking up and social distancing and reduced hours and reduced amount of customers will 100% cause businesses and malls to failand never return. It is time for common sense. I'm giving Chili's 5 stars not only for the great food and price but also for making a conscious effort to include a romaine... salad with the kids meal. Kudos to the GM who approved this. They're the only chain restaurant I've visited who offer this. AndI've been to hundreds of restaurants. I would definitely recommend my friend's & family and come back again. Read more
Service was good. He always had a smile and super nice. He did forget about me though, and had to ask for help from others who... worked there. Food wasn't bad. Ribeye was a little dry and the mashed potatoes but good for the most part. Caso was good. Toomany chips to finish but the chips tasted freshly made. The place is inside the mall on the upper floor.
