The food is ok, the person serving seemed like she was rushing and bothered. I understand it is a fast paced place but I hope... maintaining good customer relations doesn't get lost in the rush! I spoke with her after the fact and she was very sweet aboutit. Definitely helped change my view on the store. Not the first time I experienced this at Chipotle. The employees sometimesgive off this feeling that they don't want to serve you food. It happens at all the locations I've been to. They should trainbetter in customer service, otherwise their retention might decrease! I'd definitely go their more if I felt welcomed instead ofbeing rushed out. Read more

Chipotle from Englewood. Horrible service. I when Sunday 6/19/22, it seems that the crew was in at bad day , even though place... was empty. It took 10 minutes to take my order and I was literally in from of them. After I shout 4 help one member of the crewtook my order, but doesn't end there the guy refused to add some ingredients in a quesadillas and he charge me extra per eachingredients but that's ok my food was ok, my friend food wasn't as he wants because that guy there. guy in glasses real stingy. i get a veggie bowl, no meat, and he gave me less guacamole then a bowl with meat. i really needed... this to cheer me up and all it did was let me down. how am i gonna have to ask for more lettuce? LETTUCE? gonna cry now Read more

First time at this location and won?t be going back. The girl taking my order wasn?t even paying attention to what I was saying... but it didn?t bother me maybe she has hearing problems but what really got me was the cashier she was sharing the tips with theother girls and placed the money on the counter where the food is served that was no time and place to be sharing tips and thegirl did not even attempted to change her gloves she continue prepping like nothing happened. I don?t know but to me that?sunsanitary if that?s what they do in front of customers I do not want to know what they do when customers are not looking. Read more

Not good. I ordered a chicken bowl on line since they were having register problems as I was told. Paid 12 dollars for basically... rice, beans and guac. Barley any chicken. Ridiculous! Lost my business at this locatin for sure. Read more

I come here all the time and it's great. The staff is dead sometimes though and I have to repeat what I want or they just forget... to put something in. The quality of the food itself though is fresh and delicious every time. Read more
