The manager was more than awesome he corrected me and my wife's drink .. the bartender just looked completely helpless and took... her a copious amount of time to TAKE MY ORDER and took off after hearing part of my order.. Used to go here a lot. Went for the first time in years and was disappointed. Food was dry and not seasoned well. Didn't have... many games. The drinks were good and service was fast. Read more
Had a good experience. Look at my nacho meal!!! Holy cow! I did not eat anything the rest of the day! It’s very spacious, so... don’t have to be close to others when playing games. Pretty clean. Would recommend. A little costly though, for food andgames. Read more
The food wasn't all that great neither was the service. I'm here at 7:44pm August 15th and the bartender is either prejudice or... just rude. I couldn't find any staff so I went over to her to ask if we could sit anywhere and she said I'm busy. Just makingsure I heard her correctly I asked her what she said she said I'm helping someone ill be with you in a moment. I kno what I Hurdso I a worker on his phone so I asked if he was working and he said he was and ended his call to help me. The girl never cameover to assist but was hiding behind the register eating and on her cellphone. I did see her talking and being friendly withother patrons that were Caucasian. Hopefully Management will do better at training their staff to have better customer servicewith all and not some customers. Read more
Loads of fun, but service and food can use some work. Some of the games need repairs and some need to be restocked. It was nice.... You can still have a good time, but the place needs some work to improve. Read more
Very good service, great drinks. I can't remember the food and hospitality manager's name. He was such a pleasure to our table.... Food items that needed special preparation, he came out and explained how they were prepared and the safety measures taken forone of the people in our party. Excellent service! Read more
I want to start by saying I never write a review unless I think something is so bad it could be dangerous. We came here with our... two kids, played for hours and sat down to eat. There was something seriously wrong with the chicken. You could taste the 3-dayold flavor that cooked chicken gets. When we tried to talk to our waiter he had disappeared. Then when we spoke with him, hereplied "Oh I'm sorry, I'll let the manager know" and disappeared again. Jump ahead 45 min later, we ordered dessert and he'sstill nowhere to be found. Once the dessert came we waited another 20 minutes for a fork. The dessert tasted like it was sittingopen in the refrigerator. So we asked to speak to a manager directly. The manager came to the table and just stared at me as Iexplained what was going on. She was insanely condescending and asked "well, did you think to tell your waiter that the fooddidn't taste right?". I kindly explained our waiter has been MIA for some time now. Regardless, her tone was not necessary. Wewere not rude and more than agreeable. We are currently back home and all feeling more and more ill by the hour. Again, I amnot writing this to vent, this is more so a heads up to be careful with the food you order at this establishment. The serviceand food quality are horrible. Read more
