Definitely the worst bubble tea I've ever had and also the most expensive. I suppose they think they can charge a premium for... being in a mall but not when it's so terrible. $8.83 for a large bubble tea with extra bubbles and no ice. And the worst part ishow the amount of bubbles seemed exactly the same as a regular. Also you can tell the bubbles are cooked incorrectly or sittingaround long before it gets into my drink. They were terrible and as anyone can tell i get extra bubbles because that's what iget it for. Came here with my boyfriend this past weekend. I had been craving boba tea and this was the only shop near by. The menu was kind... of confusing. Even worse the boba was inedible. I?ve never had boba as bad as this was. The bobas were congealed on the bottomand tasted weird. They were a mix of being incredibly sweet but also sour at the same time. The only reason I?m giving it a 2/5and not a 1/5 is because the actual tea was pretty good. The taro tea was on point and my boyfriend was happy that there was alactaid option. Read more

Oversteeped undrinkable tea. Incredibly bitter. I?d guess they steep extra for milk tea, which might be passable. However for... regular, unsweetened tea it is far too astringent. Read more

A rip off. I received a badly filled almond milk tea. The guy on the counter has the nerve to have a tip jar lol.

Way too inconsistent. Each time I go I order the same drink and it will be different in how sweet it is. And when I try to order... a certain level of sweetness, they tell me they can't control the sweetness of certain drinks. Sometimes I have to just throwout what I order because it will be so off. Love this store! Great tea, and tons of different options. One of my favorite things about them is that they different kinds of... ?bubbles? (boba, jelly, etc). Service is always good and tea is always very good. This specific one is inside a mall so iflooking for some quick drink on the way it might not be the best choice, but if you just want some good bubble tea this would bedefinitely be my go to place! What a delicious bubble tea. I only had the Pina colada slush tea but it was enough for 5 stars. Doesn't taste like cheap powder... flavoring, it tastes really really good; the coconut was milky, creamy, the pineapple was there, the bubbles were soft and chewyand delicious.
