We just finished our visit to Lucky Strike at the Palisades Mall. My group (9 adults and 8 kids) was incredibly well taken care... of by *Eli* and the staff. We arrived at open, having reserved one lane. The front desk allowed my child to switch her shoestwice! (She?s between sizes.) I didn?t get the woman?s name at the check-in desk, but I wish I had so I could include her in thereview - she was lovely and very helpful. (Edit: I found out her name! It?s Jennifer, and she?s a manager. She knows how greatEli is, but I hope BOTH of them get proper recognition.) On to Eli - he was the Super Star of the day. With 17 people onlyutilizing one lane, he handled all of our needs with a smile and in a prompt manner. He helped us with food quantities, doubledas our bartender, served our food, and (it was my 42yo brother?s birthday) made sure we had a candle and lighter fordessert. While I trust that Lucky Strike knows they have an *exceptional* employee on their payroll, I want to add to hisaccolades. He made our brother?s birthday afternoon something special (and it would not have been the same experience withoutEli?s attentiveness). I?d like to give my personal suggestion that Eli be heavily considered for a raise and a promotion, basedon the level of service he provides the guest. Read more

We had a GREAT time celebrating my sons birthday at this location. I wish I remembered the waiters name but he was great, very... attentive and friendly, along with the rest of the staff there that day. Everyone was so accommodating to all our needs. Call ahead and see if Jenny is the manager...if she is....spend your money elsewhere. My friend reserved a party of 4 for us... tonight. That was the first and ONLY thing that went right for us. We arrived and went to the bar where a member of our partyasked if the establishment carried tequila and Jenny had a snarky response about most bars having that spirit (we get it...thisis you're first time having "authority") however if you're the manager...maybe try being more buttoned up next time. The next45 minutes was a terrible time of our party's lane not working and then trying to deal with a manager who couldn't care lessabout our situation. I had to call 9 times (still in business hours) before i got somebody to pickup on the 10th call just toconfirm the manager's name was was Jenny.
