I love their salads but the customer service is terrible. My order took very long. it looks like the worker was new. so, the... manager came out for help but he seems didn't care about the quality of my order at all. The wrap that warps my salad wrap wasupside down, and he burnt my wrap so he changed the wrap very poorly. I was almost feel disgusted... I don't know I will visitthere again. :( Read more
My favorite salad place. At this point I?m a regular. The server knows my order by heart and the salads are filling. Although, i... feel as if the server does a better job than the manager. DO NOT EAT HERE! I?ve seen them serve expired food items to customers so they can make more off people getting sick. I?ve also... seen one employee telling about the expired moldy food and he said to serve it anyways. I will report this to the healthdepartment. Read more

Worst place. I ordered one of their salads as a wrap and the guy making it put so much dressing on it I asked him to stop. He... tried to pour some of the dressing off which made a mess. I asked him to please make another one with less dressing , as anyonein the world would not eat the first wrap he made. He then proceeded to tell me he knows what he?s doing because he?s been inthe kitchen for 10 years. He swore at me and insulted me just bc he thought he didn?t use too much dressing. I ate here last night at about 6pm and I have A couple of complaints. The salad I received was a little pricey for what it... contained, but it?s the mall so what do you expect. However, it was actually rather bland too; not a lot of flavor at all sothat didn?t help matters. The biggest complaint however might not be even be related to this salad but I believe it is. I atetwo things all day yesterday, this salad (at about 6pm) and a turkey sandwich (from a 7-eleven in Bloomfield, NJ at noon) Iknow. I suspected the sandwich too. But I didn?t feel like steel pincers squeezing my bowels until around 8pm. How long doesthat take to set in? The lettuce and other veggies appeared fresh but who knows how clean...? Anyway bottom line: I won?t bebuying anything from this place again (or that damn 7-eleven). It is definitely Not worth the constant trips to the bathroomtoday. Read more
