So satisfying to eat at this location. Had an issue with one of my orders and some guy named Tito came out and addressed the... issue and took care of it promptly. Had a misunderstanding with the waitress the food was not correct it wasn’t exactly what Iordered I guess she didn’t hear me correctly. Tito assured me everything would be handled and taken care of and gave me a freesoda. But the whole attentiveness had me by surprise super polite staff. Recommend this location to the fullest. Karl worst manager. Burned ribs served and only gave me 10%off. Table next to us got raw chicken.
I had a very disappointing experience. To start off the menu was xeroxed and stapled together on low quality printer paper in... black and white with no pictures. The bottom of the menu was cut off. Made it look very unprofessional. They no longer serve theFrench Onion Soup which i had been getting for 20 years. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Pasta and the sauce had a veryoverwhelming Parmesan flavor. I love cheese but this was simply too strong. I was not able to finish it. To top it all off theprices are very high. I will not be going back until they bring back the French Onion Soup. Read more
Staff need to be organized. They take too long to seat you. Waitress left me waiting to get a refill. I waited 14 min for her to... take CC. I had to ask a different waiter to charge my CC. This place needs maintenance. Food wasn't that great. Read more
I felt disappointed with my dish. Little pieces of steak and lots of potatoes. My friend ordered a dish that come with broccoli.... It looked old then the server brought another plate of broccoli looked even worse. 3rd time around looked better but taste likeclorox. Read more
Wish I could have given it zero stars. Went with the wife and two sons for lunch. We sat for a while before the waitress came... and took our drink and appetizer order. Fifteen minutes later, the apps arrived, but not the drinks. The gentleman deliveringour food said he would grab the drinks for us, but that my son's strawberry lemonade would be a minute because it is made at thebar. The original drink order arrived just before he did with the ones he was getting, which was fine. We took both. Theoriginal order that arrived had an alcoholic strawberry lemonade for my 13yo, which they obviously took back and finally arrivedwith his drink. They finally took our dinner order, which took a long time to arrive. My meal had ribs and chicken wings. Ireceived tiny wings, which must have been pulled off chickens while they hatched, and one drumstick that was undercooked. I toldthe waitress about this, but she did not care at all. I normally don't rate so harsh but a dirty place will do it. Tables and chairs sticky like thay haven't been cleaned in years. ... Bathroom was disgusting and floors not mopped. Makes you wonder about their kitchen. Even though a chain store in a mall, youwould expect some kind of cleaning program. Food was dried out and sloppy like there was no effort put I to it. I went with my family, the six of us. The burgers were good and half the wings were cold. my wife didn't get her order. and it... took them about 20 minutes to give us water. sorry, cannot recommend a place that gives service this way. Read more
