I use to love these places with the most American options. But management just didn?t care about our horrific experience. The... Hibachi steak was rare and they just didn?t care I ate it as I was starving. My video might be censored soon of the truth of theflies? The video doesn?t show how bad it really was. This was August 15, 2021 after a trip back from the city. It was the firsttime in years that I came here. It was horrible and I could not finish my meal. Where was the health department? Pleasant atmosphere and a really on-point waitress. The food took a little bit but this place is always busy. All the plates... came out hot and the food was tasty and properly made. We tried to cheesecakes and were thoroughly impressed by the quality andflavor. These places can be a crapshoot sometimes, especially when it?s especially busy. But this visit was pleasant. A real bummer, I?ve been getting the chicken chipotle pasta since I can remember. That?s the only real thing I eat, my last two... experiences ordering the pasta has been very underwhelming. The pasta has been beyond dry, def missing the zing and the pastafeels twice cooked. Really bummer!! Edited as of 7/12 I reordered this dish, with special instructions to include ?moresauce?, unfortunately same luck as last. Ordered a regular meal and received the lunch special. Waitress was nice and spoke to the manager. She came back and apologized... for the inconvenience. Instead of charging for the lunch special that was served , I was charged the dinner price. Consolationfrom the manager was two extra pieces of burnt very greasy fish to take home. Hence to say fish went into the garbage. Didn?t have the patience to discuss further. Won?t be coming back. Poor managerial customer service?. I would have been happy with aprice adjustment. Completely disappointed, I expected a lot more but lets begin. Place is big and very well decorated. Nice bar and seating even... the restrooms looks like a 5 star hotel. But food is no more than a frozen food. All plates that we ordered were bad. Plateswere dirty, waiter didn't know what he was doing, specifically I ordered bistro spaghetti they were raw, shrimps were stillcold. I order a sangria that tasted like fruit punch. Plus prices were excessively high. They should stop selling food andbecome a bakery only. Don't wast your money here. Sorry, the only thing good here is the cheese cake, but I can get at a localsupermarket so definitely not coming back. Read more

In December of 2021, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at theCheesecake Factory restaurant and we very much enjoyed our dining experience at this fabulous cuisine. Both my wife and I weregraciously welcomed by the restaurant?s staff and our waiter, Tito M treated us with great kindness and respect, did a great jobon taking our orders and adequately address all of our inquiries. Our meals were perfectly seasoned, unquestionably deliciousand was presented to us in a timely fashion!!! It has been 20 years since I ate at a Cheesecake Factory. The menu has grown 5 times its original size. My meal was fantastic.... The price was good. My drink? $13 for Jack Daniels and water. Wow way overpriced. All in all, a good experience. I just won'tdrink alcohol next time. Read more
