I was at Levity Live in West Nyack with a Friend to see Simmore for the 7pm show. We arrived at 6:05pm. The waiter was kind... enough to take us inside to be seated. One of the workers by the name of MIKE who's duties were to assign the seats for thewaiter to take us too had a very very nasty attitude. I've been to Levity Live quite a few times and never have I've been spokento rudely as Mike has spoken to me tonight. People come to Levity Live to have a good time and eat and enjoy the comedy. This isthe first time that my night was ruin due to Mikes nasty attitude. This is unexceptionable and they shouldn't have a person likeMike working there. People pay there money to come out and see these comedians and not to be treated rudely by one of the stafffrom this location. I just want to say Thank You Mike for ruining my night. If you don't know how to handle your job then youshouldn't work there. I should be accommodated for Mike the seat assigner ruining my night!!!!!! Read more
Me & my fiancee go here A LOT!!! LOVE IT! We always bring family & friends here when they visit from out of town. Many people... don't realize, because Levity Live never brags about it, so I will. I volunteer with several veterans organizations & they areALWAYS so generous donating "a funny night out" type packages both for the veterans themselves & for raffles for fundraisers.This club has been a GODSEND to the veteran community! The comedians are hilarious and the experience is always wonderful. The process of ordering your required 2 items per person... (minimum purchase) got much easier with the QR code located on each table that brings up the menu and method to order itemsonline with a credit card. This process is more efficient than trying to scream your order to a waitor/waitress in the midst ofloud comedy and music. The staff is friendly. However, the long wait time to get in the venue even after purchasing ticketsonline is a bit much. Otherwise, everything is really great especially the comedians taking photos with the guests as they selltheir merchandise after shows. Good time vibes. Read more
Horrible Horrible service. I made reservations for 9 people for 2 birthdays and they have the nerve to say its first come first... serve. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of John in person and he said "no problem i got you". He even called me yesterday toconfirm my party of 9. And I said yes we will be there. We got here and was told sorry its first come first serve. John neverever said that to me!!! The manager sonny had absolutely NO COMPASSION!!!! I will never be back!!!! Read more
Long line to enter but I guess we went to see someone very popular. The show was incredible, seating was PERFECT! Drinks were... delicious, only complaint is the food, nothing we had was good nor flavorful. We would definitely return but 100% skip themeal/have dinner before the show Read more
Every single time I?ve been here has been an incredible experience. They book the best comedians. And the opening acts are... always awesome. The food might not be the greatest you?ve ever had in your life but you can either just grab a good filling mealor grab an appetizer and eat later. The drinks are always good. I haven?t even heard the comedian yet and I already am hating out experience here. They are sitting people in the weirdest way... possible. Although there are open seats in the direction of the stage, I was sat with my back towards the stage. What?s odd isthat I can?t move to any of the open tables or seats. I find it very frustrating that someone that shows up after me will get abetter seat and table than me. I was hesitant to come because of the reviews but in this case the reviews are true. My serveris nice but even he thought my questions to move were unreasonable. Like dude would you want your back to the stage. AriesSpears was the best. I enjoyed every disrespectful minute. A great venue for comedy. I do find the seating arrangements to be a bit tight, and the food and drink prices feel high.... However, love being able to simply order from my phone. Will come back when there?s a comedian I like for sure! Read more
