it is actually disgusting how a worker there spoke to me. i went to pickup my online order and it wasn?t on the shelf. the woman... asked me my name and i told her and she was like ?well there?s no order here for you? and i showed her my phone where it saidpickup location and time and she looks at me and goes ?well it?s not here? and i said to her ?i paid for it and it?s at thislocation. and she rolls her eyes at me and continues to be unbelievably rude. i will never return to this location. thisemployee should be let go immediately. that is not how you speak to someone Read more

Horrendous experience at this chipotle. I placed an order for 12:40. Showed up on time to pick up the order. Stood for 20... minutes while no one helped me. I finally asked someone if there was an order for my name. They told me they already made it andsomeone picked it up. I explained to them I did not pick up the food as I was the one that placed the order. I then asked ifthey could just remake the food and I will happily wait. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault the food was stolen and Ineeded to leave the restaurant. I then talked to customer support who told me there was nothing they could do and ?thanks forchoosing chipotle?. If you still want to support this chain please at the very least never order from the West Orange location. Read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I literally went there today for lunch. Got the order wrong multiple times. The beans weren't... fully cooked and the meat tasted like a salt rock, threw it right in the trash! Worst Chipotle I've ever had. I'll just troopit to Bloomfield if I crave Chipotle again. It's been 2 days I'm waiting to get an order sent to my Nurses on the oncology unit at Cooperman Barnabas. It's been 2 days of... letting my staff down because Chipotle customer service is terrible. It's all handled by a 3rd party and you can not get indirect contact with restaurant. I was promised extra drinks , chips and dips for the inconvenience. Instead I'm stuck with analmost 300 dollar bill , no food and an upset nursing staff. Read more

I had ordered a pickup via Uber eats. The store claims to have not received the order even after showing the Uber Eats... confirmation. They turned me away in the most apathetic manner possible. Very disappointed with the Take Out customer servicestaff member. Read more

I wouldn't recommend anyone going here but rather go to another chipotle location because they are extremely unorganized with... mobile pick up orders. The employees look lost and really confused in what they doing. They are also are rude and don't care fortheir customers if they have issue with their order or have any concerns.It is more of getting their money rather thansatisfying their customers in making them happy. I had to wait 25 mins just because they messed up my pick up order for aredo????. After I received my order ,there were missing items that they forgot to put on. I had to call coporate for a refundand they hung up quickly on me because I said thankyou after my refund. The coporate location as well as the west orangelocation don't care and all they want is money instead of their customers. It is ridiculous . I should?ve known better as this wasn?t my first bad experience with this location. I ordered a quesadilla to be delivered and... this is what I received. I had to go back and see how they would rectify the problem. I was given a ?new? quesadilla. Iappreciate the ?effort? made into fixing the problem, but the attitude was a bit much. I ended up not eating what I got, thechips were stale and the guac was oxidized as it was the last time I ordered. Such a shame. Read more

I love Chipotle but have repeatedly been disappointed in the tacos put together. Often there is barely any meat, tons of lettuce... and a sprinkle of cheese, so basically I?ve paid for a taco shell. At this point doing pick up isn?t an option anymore becauseI?ll need to go inside and make sure these are proper made tacos. This is the last thing I want to do during the pandemic butthis is just sad and disappointing. Read more
