Would NEVER order again here. Placed and paid on-line order which they said in 15 minutes would be ready. Walked inside 25... minutes later because On-line still said my order was not ready, 8 people in line, 2 families walked out because they were tiredof waiting. I walked past the people in line and asked the employee was my order ready....he held up a receipt with my name onit and said he was alone and said he had a line,and for me to wait. I said I cannot wait and to refund me and he said " Ican't". So I left and called my credit card to cancel my order. Unreal. If he was alone they should turn off on- line ordersperiod!! Read more

I made an order through the cold stone app which was confirmed via email at 6:58pm. The earliest I could set pickup time was at... 7:30pm. I went to the store at 7:30pm, they said my order was not made yet and told me something about Doordash. I'm not surewhat that has to do with my order. I think they were saying that there were a couple of doordash orders in front of mine. I satin the store waiting for my order. Many ppl (15+) came in the line in the store made their order and got their order and left.I'm saying this to say, pick up time doesn't matter at that store so it's better to come in to the store instead of orderingthrough their cold stone app. Got my order at 8:13pm. Their ice creams are great but my experience at that store was terrible.It had other Doordash drivers picking up their orders and it was a back and forth with them arguing. The driver complainingabout the time they are taking to make the order. I think they should hire more folks and train them better. It had a very rudegirl. Read more

I decided I didn't need ice-cream that bad. I went to use the rest room and dissociate it was locked. I asked the young lady if... I could use the rest room. I was told they dint have a bathroom. I said the bathroom is right there. She said you can't use it.I informed her of the sign in the door that said ..."for customers only". Dripping with sarcasm she said "you can't use the restroom" I am easily old enough to be her grandfather. There was no need to be rude and sarcastic. If they don't have a customerrestroom (which I believe is required by the health department) they should take the sign down. I felt myself getting angry anddecided I better leave while I was able to smile versus allowing an escalation of emotions. Young people really have no respectfor their elders. Read more

It like a high school in here. There needs to be proper training on how to work here. There are no hair caps on anyone here... which explains the amount of hair that was in my ice cream and smoothie. There was two people that was scooping ice creamwithout gloves on which is disgusting. Read more

A lot of variety of ice cream, lots of toppings and super delicious. The 2 complaints I have is that the workers are super slow... even when the place is full. And secondly it?s not a kid appropriate place because the music is too explicit. Every song thatplayed there while we were there had so many strong profanity words. I was with my 9 & 7 year old so I was not happy about that.Next time I?ll buy and leave. Read more

Dirty , slow, and no toppings !!! I had my heart set on a birthday cake remix, stood in line for 30 mins only to be informed... that they were out of brownies ... and walnuts .... who is in charge of inventory ?! ???? I wanted those damn brownies !! Andthe counters were dusty and dirty ???? ice cream preparers had their hair draped all in their faces, they should be wearinghats/hairnets... no one wants dandruff and strands all in their ice cream. This rating is for one of the staffs I believe was in charge and was training two other young men at the time. I called to get... the staff name and believe they stated his name was ?John L?. I mean hands down to his professionalism, mannerisms and patiencedespite being the only staff having to do everything. I couldn?t let this day go by not giving this staff a round of applause.We need more like him and hope that he becomes manager if he?s not already. Definitely a role model and great way to showleadership. And my ice cream is banging lol Updated review (5/17/21) This is my second time coming to this location with twodifferent experience. The first time I came, great customer service. Although there was one staff training two people, he stillwas great. The second time....EXTREMELY disappointed. I requested the ?Mint Mint Chocolate Chip, etc.? read it verbatim aswritten. As the guy was making my order, I noticed some of the items weren?t being added. I informed of this and he stated thatI never mentioned wanting brownies. I informed the server that as per this selection of ice cream, there?s brownies in it. Thisserver insist that I never mentioned that particular ice cream selection. After going back and forth, he then decides to tell me?There aren?t anymore brownies.? Huh....after all that and you claiming that I never told him if such order, there aren?t anybrownies. This is my last time coming to this location. They are ALWAYS out of supplies and items.
