Worst experience. The service horrible.NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I waited an hour and the food didn?t arrive... and then called and the lady just hung up, I wasn?t rude so I don?t understand why she would hang up on me. Just a no from me. Moved from Brooklyn and my daughter LOVESS DOMINOS but it?s just not it here in west orange maybe it?s the... jersey water but the pizza was dry and burnt & pretty cold by the time it arrived. 2 stars only because the wings were ok notreally tho. Do not place order online or over the phone. Someone in India will take all the info and will not place the order, when you go... to pickup, they don?t have ur order, when you call the number back they just transfer back to the store, since is more then $50,you have to pay up front. Now have to call the bank to dispute the transaction. This type of call center overseas it?s reallynot working. Dominos should review this policy!!!! Read more

This is the WORST service I ever got. They literally don?t do anything in the store unless you come to the store and say... something. What?s the point of have 5+ workers. They don?t answer the phone. And they don?t update the food tracker. They been?prepping? my order for a hour. If you going to get a job, at least do it. Consistently disappointed with this place. I love domino's and its food but I cannot stand this establishment in particular. The... food itself is always fine but I constantly find myself despising their system for delivery (as many reviewers on here havementioned). The person, currently quality checking my order as I write this has spent over an hour doing so (likely meaning nosuch food has been made yet). I found that if you intend to order from this place, do not rely on their delivery service unlessyou have no other choice. In the past 4 times I have ordered, I have received a correct order with nothing missing 1 of thosetimes, which was when I went in to pick it up. Also for the record, the most recent 5 star review (written by Antoine Chapman)has the same name as the man currently checking my order. I don't believe that to be a coincidence. Read more
I'm rating this spot a 3.8, not quite a 4. After all the awful reviews about undercooked pizza and slow delivery, I literally... prayed before heading there. I wanted to see the store and people first before placing my order. It was clean and staff were inworking order. Regarding the no gloves policy, pizza is not ready to eat. And seeing it will go into the oven, gloves aren'trequired. Yes, I researched it because germs are real..lol. My pizza took the usual 20 minutes from order to walk-out. As forthe pizza, it was cooked through. Perhaps request it well-done? I ordered salami, pineapple and jalapeños. There is room forimprovement, they could have added an adequate amount of sauce, if any suggestion. But decent first experience. Read more
Don't do it. They take forever for delivery (I'm going on over an hour and a half.) When you try to call no one answers. You're... on hold for 5 minutes then the call drops. When you finally reach someone, you're told "I'm the only one in a store." Mind youit's a Football Sunday. Why do you only have one person working in a pizza store on a football Sunday? Read more
