Recently order the Tiktok crazed grilled cheese sandwich with a beef patty and let me tell you, forget what you know about... grilled cheese..lol Honestly, as I watched them make this with an inverted bun, I didn't think it was anything special. "It's aregular cheeseburger!"..so I thought. But listen here, the crisp toasted and buttery exterior was everything! So delicious!! Ialmost cannot explain it and will have to try again so to get my thoughts together. I added light mayo, light mustard, lightketchup, and grilled onions with a side of pickles. Yummy! My first and last experience here. The service was not bad, the cashier was great but when picking up it was not as friendly.... The food was not as good. I was expecting more from the hype for the flavor. I had purchased 2 little bacon cheeseburgers andone cheeseburger with large fries and 2 drinks. It?s way overpriced for something so fast food. The regular cheeseburger wasundercooked with an ice cold bun. The other 2 cheeseburgers were without any seasoning . The fries were the best but tooexpensive for something that seems like a ?Wendys? copy. Just to go your favorite fast food burger place and it will be cheaperand more flavorful. Read more
First time at West Orange facility. Ordered 5 burgers. 2 were right. Not difficult. The buns were also a little stale. Not... that steamed softness I am accustomed to at 5 guys. Facility was also a little dirty as far as floor. Walked in and there wasgarbage o. Floor by entrance. Read more
Lady at register just threw my fries in the bag and gave me the wrong fries.. very rude
Very unorganized. The employees didn't want to acknowledge customers standing in front of them. I waited for 15 and approached... someone to hand me my order which I saw there getting cold. He told me he was busy making shakes. Read more
Customer service and food was really good! The establishment was clean and staff friendly. However, fans or some type of cool... air system should be utilized since AC can?t be used due to construction of cone ring businesses, I felt bad for the workers.Oh, and tops that fit the ketchup containers should be available, o shouldn?t have to struggle applying a top. excellent burgers! a little higher in cost than regular fast food places but five guys burgers are 100% beef with no... fillers/additives, so you're getting REAL food, better quality does cost more. service was a little slower than usual but thatmay be because this is a new location and the workers need to get the hang of things.
