I try not to leave negative reviews, but this one needed to be shared. I frequently visited this location over the last few... months, but no more after yesterday. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. As I?m standing near the coffee station,I notice that of the 4 women behind the counter making orders, one of them was making orders WITHOUT ANY GLOVES ON. I?m lookingat this woman?s bare hands grab bagels from the toaster and rub the crumbs on her apron. Then she proceeds to spread creamcheese on the bagels still without gloves. I?m watching as the 3 other women are all talking around her. No one said a thing orcared at all. I watched the interaction for a bit hoping one of her coworkers would say something to her, but nothing. She justkept making orders with bare hands. I pointed out to the cashier the fact that she was making food without gloves on. It wasonly then the women started screaming ?Nina, Nina no no?. Then they started making the orders over again. I told the cashier Iwas disgusted and didn?t want the bagel anymore. She seemed annoyed that I said that. Didn?t offer me a refund, just a nastyglare. Honestly I?m surprised this place has such high reviews. I thought the bagels were not the most stellar of NJ/NY bagels. My... order was edible but not life changing as my other typical bagel spots in NJ. I waited for my order and ate it two minuteslater, but somehow it wasn?t hot. My bagel wasn?t toasted and there was no salt or pepper on my eggs, all things I specified inmy order. Needless to say, I?ll drive the extra distance to my typical places. Surprisingly really good bagels and sandwiches. It's a chain, so I wasn't expecting any miracles, but the bagels were super... fresh, prices were good, and they had really good coffee. Read more
It was a decent experience. It was pretty busy for a Saturday morning. My favorite from both the sandwiches was Santa Fe Egg... white. It was cheesy and had lot of egg white. Delicious. Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good and had big portions served in asiagocheese flavored bagel. I wish Bagel was also slight warm. Out visit was a decent one and we enjoyed our meal. Read more
This is my favorite bagel place in union. They let you customize your egg and cheese or what ever you want and have great... Coustmer service I love the jalapeño cheddar bagel with egg and cheese it?s far better then Dunkin bagels if you have one ofthese in town this should me your first choice I not a fan of the Coffee that?s one thing they need to improve on. This was the lettuce that was inside of my tuna wrap. Brought it to the cashier's attention and she did not seem to care or... offer to correct this. Won't be coming back here. I'm good. Check your food people. Read more
