We recently moved to the area and decided to try Master Pizza out. We read the reviews but saw a lot of the reviews were related... to delivery so we decided to do pick up and give them a chance. We ordered at 7pm and were told our order would be ready in 20mins. Our food wasn?t ready until 7:40pm. We didn?t mind though as long as the pizza was good. Unfortunately it wasn?t.Something was seriously wrong with the sauce. We couldn?t figure it out, but it was like nothing we?ve ever tasted before. Thisis one of the worst pizzas I?ve ever had. I called to celebrate my sons birthday and I was super last minute with booking a place to eat and celebrate after a day at the... zoo! Master Pizza was extremely accommodating! What a life saver! #momwin They were able to host a party of 20 in such shortnotice. Midch and Scarlen were wonderful hostesses as soon as we arrived! They were super attentive! They helped with set up andwere so warm and friendly with my children and family. Jermaine was also helpful and made sure to assure ambience with music tomake our event even better! Food was delicious and came out promptly! It was perfect, private, clean and beautiful space tocelebrate in. I 10/10 recommend for family gatherings. Read more
Normally Master pizza is good but it's going down hill since all of the inflation. I ordered an Italian sausage with provolone... and received a Italian hotdog with no cheese. If you don't have something call back and say that. Also, I ordered a eggplantParm and there was next to no sauce on the sandwich. It doesn't pay to eat out anymore. I love the chicken cheesy cheesesteak placed on a soft Italian roll with the works of mayo, ketchup, green peppers, red peppers,... and onions. Being new to the area, my family and I needed a delicious and quick meal after a long heavy move. I was so happy???? my family chose Master Pizza. The staff was friendly and understanding especially because we had a large order with so manydifferent food choices...smh???????????. Govt worker here. Sadly I have been ordering from you guys for years. The last few experiences have been horrible. The delivery... guy always takes over in hour to deliver 5 mind away. When he arrives the pizza is cold and looks separated. Worse experienceever. I called everytime 3 to 4 times. I even spoke to management they offered Nothing for the inconvenience, I always tip mydrivers well.. Highly disappointed ???? Read more
Normally, Master pizza is very good. I have ordered many pizzas over the years. Lately, the pizzas have been horrible due to... the stingy use of toppings. They barely use toppings and it looks like the you are just getting baked dough. Cutting costs bynot using sause and skimping on the cheese and other toppings is not good. The other day I got, Master Pizza West Orange, for lunch. I ordered their Chicken Alfredo, Pepperoni, & Buffalo Chicken Slices.... Their Buffalo slice was very dull in taste and doughy, and their Buffalo sauce is the predominant flavor. The Buffalo sauceoverwhelmed the chicken and other toppings. It could be blended a little better, imo. The Pepperoni slice had little to noflavor, and could barely taste the cheese. On the contrary though, their Chicken Alfredo slice was phenomenal! Not many placescan pull off a decent Alfredo slice, but they def did their thing! You can taste every bit of the chicken, broccoli, cheeses,and the Alfredo sauce! The Alfredo slice greatly improves my total score. The people who took my order was very patient, andunderstanding as well too. Excellent customer service. All in all, I?d recommend, Master Pizza West Orange, especially theirChicken Alfredo pizza, to anyone in the West Orange or Orange area! Read more
