This McDonald's Food is Great ???? clean ^ Mostly Friendly ????
Where do I start with this particular McDonald?s? I guess I?ll start with the staff. Last time I was there I asked for ice cream... and they said the machine is broken ( it?s always broken) and laughed in my face. There fries are often stale and it looksrotten. I don?t feel like it?s even safe for people to eat here. The bread is always cold for the burgers and sandwiches and itseems like they heat it up in the morning and have it pre-bagged because it?s never warm. The manger probably should be retrained. She is rude and has a very bad attitude problem. Her employee behave even better than... her. Overall the atmosphere and attitude is very hostile there but the manager is the worst. Read more
The west orange north field avenue McDonald?s manager and drive thru worker was very nasty and rude after I asked a simple... question on how to redeem a deal on the app. The manager did not care to explain and decided to close the drive they windowwhile I was speaking with her briefly. There was no need for their aggressive and hostile attitude. Read more
This location was so nice and clean, we even had a table number an was served by a waitress. Great McDonalds experience.
Directly across the road from the Turtle Back Zoo. Must have been renovated recently, nice inside, adequate parking outside,... great staff, you can order by kiosk or cashier inside and there's a double-line drive-up outside. Recently rebuilt and fully updated down to the interactive order tablets, I decided to give the ?new? McDonald?s a test drive. ... While the food hasn?t changed much from its core offerings and tastes, the packaging and in-store appearance has beenoverhauled to reflect a more modern look and feel. Visiting the location on Northfield Ave in West Orange, I was curious to seehow it would fare against other ?new? stores. Having just drove the entire country back and forth, I stopped a number of timesat remodeled McDonalds. Here?s the thing, I?m not a McDonalds fan as much as a loyal occasional guest. I like to see how theselarge brands maintain and reinvent themselves in the face of so many other great options. The experience here in West Orange wasexcellent. Music was fun and upbeat and the store itself looks fantastic. Lots of Instagrammable looks for pictures. There wasa good sized crowd here and I wound up talking with an older gentleman who was working on his computer. There are plenty ofoutlets and the chairs are comfortable. Yes, they are comfortable. I actually wrote that! In the past the stores were designedto maximize speed and efficiency, but seeing how Starbucks has monopolized the ?living room? feel of a business McDonalds? isclearly making it known that yes, you can hang out here, drink coffee, and spend a few hours getting work done. The older guy Italked to mentioned that he works here regularly now and enjoys the coffee. I?m in agreement on the coffee too, it?s very goodfor the price. I?m rating the in-store experience at 5 stars. The employees were quick and friendly, the store was comfortable,and the overall feel was relaxed and upbeat. The ability to order on a tablet in the from is a great feature too. The onlyreason I?m giving the overall rating a 4 is because the food, while good, is not 5 star as far as fast food goes. Came here last night with My kids and husband for dinner after going to the lights at the zoo.. We order two kids meals Two... smokey blt quarter pounds meals and a big Mac... all three of my burgers was still pink inside.. asked to speak to a Manger theygave me another big Mac but nothing for the other two sandwiches and that one was pink inside as well.. I am 4 months pregnantand was not able to eat due to the food nit being fully cooked.. tried calling this morning to speak to another Manger and noone is answering the phone and when someone did answer they hung up on me... spent $44 and was not happy with the meal atall...
