Always a good place to have a good meal or snack at.
Panera offers life changing experiences. One time I ordered an apple salad and there was NO apples. Then that got me thinking... "an apple salad with no apples how can this be?" But then I realized Panera was trying to teach me that everything is not whatit seems and you always have to expect the unexpected. And then I ordered a four cheese grilled cheese but I knew there wasanother hidden message. Everyone usually has a one cheese grilled cheese so Panera is trying to tell me they offer more thanquadruple the quantity of food than regular places. Read more
This is my go to Panera in addition to the Edison one in NJ. The staff are always Nice and accommodating if you have any issues... with the food and the portions are good. I?ve gone to many other paneras in different states And the ones in New Jersey seem tobe really good and especially the West Orange one. I love it that they have Wi-Fi and a Fireplace and comfortable seats. My eggwhite breakfast sándwich was amazing on a bagel. Read more
This is for the West Orange location. Great staff and service. I always get my all time favorite salad to go. Decided to... dine-in. This is their fuji apple salad with chicken (whole, not half) and a side of baguette. The meal was absolutely beautifuland perfect. It was a gorgeous day and this made it even better. PAUSE. Sadly, had a disappointing find in my salad. For whatlooked like molded greens. Management was very courteous and tried to right the wrong. I was more bummed about not finishing thesalad. Panera covered with some construction but still open. They have several kiosks upfront to cover the orders vs going to the front... where you can order from a server, too. The pepperoni flatbread is too smoky, but the pastries like the cookies and the bagelsare good. Read more
the people who work there are really sweet very friendly and helpful two rating is because of the steak sandwich that simply... does not have sufficient ingredients to make it more than a bread sandwich ????. sharing pics so management can see the turkeychili is delicious and that fontega chicken sandwich is amazing pass on that cheap steak sandwich! I'd came here for the first time while visiting my son and to be honest, this is the best customer service experience I'd ever... had in North Jersey. You kind of expect a certain "Jersey Brashness", but the young ladies who helped me (Hope and Donna) verypleasant and eager to help. Would recommend to anyone. Read more
