The cashiers we're very professional courteous and respectful. I was undecided on what I wanted to eat. So the person helped me.... They were very patient. My daughter and I parked to decide what to get. They took our orders quickly. Our food was hot good anddelicious. We also ordered online which was convenient quick and easy. I Always come here for fast fun food. I love my fish n cheese n clam strips. The food has always been warm w the deep fry feel... and the bread lightly crispy and warm. A Great deal for your money and fun compared to the Golden Arches and BK bc of theVariety which includes the Impossible Burger for vegetarians in a smaller version and the fish nibblers which you can’t findin any other fast food place. The food prep area was filthy... the manager was trying to motivate the employees, but to no avail. The young lady was... leaving her shift was over, but the ones who were coming on or already working ... had no motivation no drive and didn't seethe importance of actually working. I ordered 2 burgers 1 drink .. I waited about 20 minutes and the food wasn't evenlukewarm... I was so disappointed! I figured let me go in instead of the drive thru.. now I see why the drive thru line wasso long ... no motivation .. the manager was very friendly but frustrated .. I herd her on several occasions say come onguys .. let's go .. they acted as if they didn't hear her .. she was doing most of the work and trying to manage at the sametime .. this place is racially powered. i as a poc was waiting in line at midnight for an uber eats order for 20 minutes and the spanish... lady didnt start preparing my order until another spanish lady came and showed her the order, i was waiting for 25 minutes andthe spanish lady was waiting for 2 minutes. we got our food at the same time. people who are racist are really dirty and i hopethey get what they ask for. Service was prompt and friendly. Drive-thru line can get pretty long so might be easier just to go inside. Place was clean and... food was as expected. My only negative was the Coke Zero syrup needed to be changed. Read more
