This was the busiest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. It was standing room only. People were actually waiting for tables.... Drive through was wrapped around the whole building. It was madness! The staff was incredible. Ryan, at the counter was socomposed and polite and the manager, I didn't get her name, was amazing as well. Great job! My order was correct and hot. Read more
It took 25 minutes to get to pay for what I ordered, an another 20 minutes to get my food. Hade to keep shutting of my car... because I was waiting so long. Also saw other people pull out of line an leave, they were tired of waiting, I won't be goingback to there anytime sone. Read more

I had a pretty bad experience in the drive thru. I proceeded to the other window and expressed my concern with the drive thru... worker. And I was quickly helped and taken care of by one of the team members I believe his Name was Jeff or Jeffrey somethinglike that. He was amazing great kid true definition of customer service. He went the extra mile. Also the manager came and shehelped out as well. So a bad experience ended being a great one. Just my opinion the kid taking orders that day may need to becoached. i just had the most awful experience at this mcdonald?s i walk in to an over weight manger sitting on her a** stuffing her face... food and then whole kitchen except one person on the grill are all sitting around doing absolutely nothing, one of the kidsworking there was sleeping at a table while the others are sitting on there phones. not lifting a finger to help me at the frontcounter. it?s not the kids fault either. the manager either need to learn how to run that place or get fired Read more
