I am definitely a Applebee's person Instead of a chillies person, mainly because of the atmosphere. I love the college bar vibe,... it feels like a friendly place to go. The servers are always nice when I go and they are always busy but I do get my food anddrinks on a reasonable time. Got my food for work at 9pm yesterday, was about to eat at 1120, saw this plate, thought the broccoli fell out the the container... in the bag, nope. For $16 i expect More broccoli than this, and meat was hella dry, overcooked, then i called back yesterday at1130 no answer. The mashed potatoes was good though. Read more
Couple of days ago I visited Applebee's and I had a wonderful experience with a super Pleasant waitress or as they called a... server now and the meal was delicious everything was perfect and I just kept thinking and thinking and thinking about it andtonight it's like I got to go back and order the same thing again. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, it was not the same itwas, not the same experience at all. The last time I went it was in the afternoon and it wasn't very busy and that may havesomething to do with it. This time I was greeted by the greeter that was as slow as a sloth and did not look like he wanted tobe there. he led me to a table where there was a screaming screeching child, I feel so sorry for the parents. I asked to bemoved but my water and my silverware had already been delivered to the table and I said to him, rather rhetorically, should I goand get my stuff and he's like yes. That's a little unusual, usually the staff will go as a no no that's okay I'll make surethat I bring it over for you but no that's not what happened. The waitress was great both of them I had that they changedbecause I had changed sides. both of them were perfect friendly wonderful character just everything that you would want andsomebody who's going to be taking care of you. The food was not the same, not the same at all, part of it was cold part of itwas overdone, it just was not the same and I ordered the exact same meal. I am very disappointed, maybe it had to do with onetime it was at lunch time and one time was in the evening, I don't know what the answer is but when I go out to a placeparticularly if it's a franchise I want consistency. I said fortunately or unfortunately the meal was not very good becausefortunately it doesn't make me want to rush back there and eat again. Therefore saving me money! I'm very disappointed. Read more
we ordered from a complex and the person who delivered the food stopped at the front and didn?t bother to call to know which... room was ours, so they waited there for 15 minutes. they also messed up two items on our order. one of the items we ordered wasnachos, and instead we got chips with queso. this wasn?t enough for a meal, so the money was wasted. another item that wasmessed up was a burger with pickles on it. instead it had lettuce, tomato and onions but no pickles. very frustrating Read more

The foods was horrible. Ordered grilled chicken and smelled like bleach or some cleaning product. You were eating and they were... cleaning the vacuum right next to yo. Also the rice was mushy and looked super old. Never again. They need to change theadministration. Read more
Worst server ever. Never have I had such bad service at Applebees. Top it all off I told her no mushrooms because I am... allergic. Julie is not someone that should be serving.
