The food was so cold. Took 2 1/2 hours to get delivery! Calzone would have been delicious but cold. The Philly steak cold.... Mozzarella sticks cold. Called n said on its way at 6:50 ( 2 1/2 miles from us) never got here till 7:30. Too long fordelivery. I called 8 times. Guy answered and said out the door. I called again at 6:50 and women answered did not speak Englishand hung up on me. In the meantime the driver we saw sitting like 500 feet from us. We have explicit instructions that we areparked at the address in a Semi Truck!! We flashed our lites n finally he backed up to deliver ice cold food!! He was veryapologetic but this was in no way his fault!! I asked for a receipt and it didn?t have the amount even on it. The food may havebeen excellent but it was ice cold!! The store itself needs help as they need some customer training for sure!!! Kudos to thedelivery guy as he was very nice and apologetic. If they can?t deliver good hot food and timely they shouldn?t be in business!!! Read more
Good pizza but a little stingy with the toppings. Service on the phone was alright, not the friendliest or most welcoming. They... accidentally made a large instead of a medium like I ordered but they offered to give me the large for the price of a medium sothat was nice. Food was excellent we ordered the detroit pizza just to let you know if you order that it takes 1hr and 30min. I have kids and... kids are hard to please but they were. Good job to whom ever make it happen. Read more
The pizza is absolutely the best pizza around. When we first moved down here a year ago we looked and looked for at least a half... way decent pizza place. Alas there was none to be found. Then, a few weeks ago we got a recommendation from a couple of PalmBeach natives and low and behold Broadway Pizza was in our lives! However, and forgive my candor here, you guys really need towork at the business portion of your business. Your phone doesn?t get answered a lot and when it is...let?s just say theemployees sound..confused by the whole prospect of taking an order over the phone. Great pizza! Absolutely the best pizza I?ve had in south Florida. All ingredients are great quality and the crust is bathed in a tasty garlic... butter. We got wings as well which are better than most local wing spots! Delivery was prompt and pricing is super reasonable.Whether you?re looking for an easy dinner night or host a work function or party these guys can do it all. Will go back forsure. Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza through door dash and it was delicious! I like that the crust was thin but not too thin and... slightly doughy ( personally how I prefer ) so it was perfect. And perfect sauce amount. I gave 4 stars because the garlic knotsI ordered were pretty dry. I will definitely order here again though. >>I drizzled the sauce on ;) Read more
What a great mom and pop pizza. I got the Broadway special Sicilian pizza which was around $20 and the pizza was just amazing.... It had delicious toppings, It fed 3 workers with enough left over. Will deff be back when I'm working around the area, and theservice was outstanding. Read more
The pizza was excellent but they have changed management. Nobody there speaks English and the menu is only in English. You have... to stand there and use the translator on her phone to place your order and their ovens weren?t working very well so one of ourpizzas was ruined. We also did the order online and they couldn?t read it because it was in English, So they didn?t even startthe order until we got there and translated. We waited an hour and only got half our order. Good thing it at least tasted good.I will never go back. You might want to look somewhere else unless you speak Spanish. Read more
