This is, without a doubt, The Worst Burger King. You must experience it to believe it - this place is absolutely unreal. This... isn't about one visit. No, no, no, no, no! We are talking about dozens of visits over the last few years. What specifically isthe problem? Poor service. Like - sitcom level bad. "Why do I keep going back, then?" I hear you say. The answer is simply thatI typically don't let these things bother me and I move on with my day. No need to cause trouble for people at work over it whenmaybe - just maybe - they are having a bad day. But here? Wow. Every time you go to this place it's a nightmare. Edit: don'tbelieve me? Just look at the other reviews. They're not a bunch of Karens complaining about stupid things nobody really caresabout. This place is just extra. Burger King please do not reply with your "sincere apologies" and offer of a free mediumfrench fry. If you don't know what the problems are at this location, you're in for a treat when you find out. You know you are at a nasty restaurant when the bathroom is filthy filled with mildew and the sink looks like it has not been... cleaned since 1818 with all that nasty build up. The workers always have attitudes. Read more
This place always disappoint and I don?t know why I keep trying it out to see if the service is better. Staff ignores you most... of the time, gets your orders wrong, give it to you to go when you asked to eat in. Today, I asked for ranch and they arecharging for that now. Unbelievable, I think I?ll boycott BK now for lack of customer service. They don?t even say welcome orhave a good day. I guess you get what you pay for in regards to employees. Extremely bad service! I have given this location to many chances. Tonight was the last time. I ordered a #1 large off the broiler meat wasn't cook all... the way whopper was made so sloppy. Requested fresh onion rings but I got cold and saggy instead.Tried calling them phonecontinued to hangup. Spent over $32 for my meal and family to get trash. I want my REFUND!!! My gut feeling told me it was lateand I should go somewhere else. I should've have listened I will be calling as soon as there open. Read more
Went to this Burger King location today. I sat in the drive thru more than 10 minutes before some one decided to tell me to hold... on. The employee didn't turn his headset off, he was using abusive language for about 3 minutes. I will never return to thislocation. Read more
Terrible service. Waited for 15? in front of cashier and no one bothers to ask us. After ordering, we had to wait another 15?... for our 2 burgers. The other customers came after us but had their orders before us. And, the chicken was cold. Unacceptable!!! Read more
Do not respect schedules. We were going to 4 different restaurants and all them closed before 9 pm, at this one the manager... closed the door in our faces. I never tried to go to Burger King again, I'm upset and disappointed. Enough is enough! Zero stars Read more
Headed yo work we stopped by the drive thru for breakfast. First we sat at the drive to order for almost 5 minutes no one said... hello I will be with you shortly, so we drove up to the window( it was not busy) secondly when we started to place our order atthe window we told the lady what we wanted and that we didn't want any egg or cheese.
