I've had this review written for a while but I'm just now posting. During my last visit about two weeks ago my meal was prepared... the way it is shown in a commercial, on billboards or in other ads. Seriously, the sandwich was not leaning or slanted it wasevenly balanced. It would make more sense with a display. I meant to take a picture to include in this review, but it all lookedso tasty that it slipped my mind. Cfa still has good reason for being my favorite fast food restaurant. Especially, if judgingby the last visit. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever had a negative experience at a Chic-fil-a. I?m shocked I would have to leave a bad review for a Chick-fil-A! Ordered online ahead of time. Took another 30 minutes inside... waiting. Forgot my drink, fruit cup was completely disgusting everything was old and mushy. No one at the counter cares norunderstands how to do their job. What happen to my pleasure? I order several times per month thru Uber and it seems that your team does not care that customers who use a service to pick up... and deliver the food are quite busy and do not have time to run around picking up food. I called your store again today andthe male that answered the phone claimed to be a manager and was quite rude when asking me how can I help you. I told him theissue and he could of cared less about me purchasing a salad and getting no dressing or silverware. Your reputation is not whatit used to be and maybe you need to retrain your employees on how to respond to a customer. I will be contacting your headquarters to discuss the customer service that I did not get. Read more
