The service at this Chili?s restaurant is so bad we left because nobody would seat us. We walked in at 4:45 pm. The restaurant... was 90 percent empty. There was no host or hostess. Two waiters saw us and said nothing. They walked by us 3 times pretendingnot to see us. After 10 minutes one finally said, ?I will be with you shortly.? We left and we will never be back. That wasn?tpoor service, that was the worst poor service they could think of giving. We went to Park Avenue Barbecue on Palm Beach Lakesblvd where the service is always great! Read more

Excellent service and entirely too much food for one person... Great taste, but the waiter made the experience...

Building is run down. Railings at front door need paint, inside was not much better. Things need freshened up. Table bases and... chair legs need paint as do the wait stations. Walls on the booth where we sat had stuff on the walls and needed cleaning. Nobartender seen, hostess looked bored and only 2 servers on a lunch shift. today I decided to buy food for my employees and I ordered from Chilies in west palm beach. They delivered two platters with no... utensils, no napkins, no plates and a gallon bag of iced tea that was super hot. When i called and asked how people weresupposed to eat the food, they had no solutions to offer, just stated I have to call next time to request forks and plates. Iasked if they could send some over (we are 10 min from the restaurant) Replied - "sorry no, we don't offer that type of service"(but they delivered the food). So I then asked about the iced tea... they said they fresh brew it, and pour right from the hotbrew into the bag. so said "so its not iced tea then?" he replied "well you have to provide your own ice." REALLY!?!?! I spent100.00 on food that we could not eat and iced tea that wasn't iced! very very poor customer service. last time my company ordersfrom chilies! Read more

Had a great time, went with friends. The food was delish, shared the buffalo wings with my sis and had the big boss burger... plain. I am doing keto and wasn't sure they'd have good keto options, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was good theonly probably was our server his name is Malachi, he gave himself a large tip without asking and ruined the mood. Fortunatelythe manager was able to fix the problem. Overall it's a great place to eat. Edit: we again visited this location and had thesame server, he added a table entertainment to my bill and was going to process my payment without taking it off. I had made a purchase for curbside pickup. My check in time was 6:15-6:20pm today. As I'm sitting outside with 2 other vehicles... when 10minutes pass and I notice servers inside just sitting down eating relaxing. I see good in a bag waiting on the counter soI called the restaurant to ask an update for my order since I've been waiting outside with no update or contact. When the personanswered the phone he used a tone that I was being an inconvenience to him. I got home to open my food and to my surprise myburger was just thrown in the container, cold and which I may add didn't close. This has been the worst experience from thislocation. I wish there was another closer by. This whole experience makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience to the restaurantfor ordering from them. Read more

Who can say no to happy hour! ???????????? The food was okay. But honestly you know what your going to get going to a chain... restaurant. This location did have an amazing staff. Malachi was our server and he was very attentive and friendly. They couldwork on their cleanliness just a little, but this particular day they were under staff. Overall I like Chilis. Read more
