Walked in to wait in a small line. We got through pretty quick too. The staff that put everything together was nice and gave us... exactly what we wanted. When we went sit down we noticed nothing was clean. It was clean where the food was, but the lobby areaand drink area was a different story. So, we cleaned off and wiped down our own table. We were there for at least 45 minutes andnot a single person came out to clean. When we finished I decided to take pictures for this review and one of the employees, Ibelieve was the manager told me I am not aloud to take pictures because no one cleaned anything. Then she proceed to startyelling at me, then followed me to the restroom and she held the door open like I wasn't aloud to use the bathroom as it was aone person bathroom. It was really weird and uncomfortable. I would love to give one or no stars because of this lady and howshe acted, but the food was delicious and the other employees did a good job, besides cleaning. Overall, we definitely will begoing back to a Chipotle, just not this particular one because the lady was hostile toward me making it uncomfortable to bethere. Read more

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and I am NOT the type of person who writes these kind of reviews, but I felt pretty... disappointed by this location. They?re out of chips, which I always eat with my bowl. Nearly out of brown rice which the teammember graciously helped me to get more of. But I get to the drink station and find that a) there?s no forks???!! in arestaurant? Even the employee I ask about it insists they are out, and in place is a giant box of spoons. b) No more Tabasco atthe station, and I had to go get more. Not a huge deal obviously but the level of customer care has appearance was prettyappalling to me. What kind of a chipotle runs out of chips and forks? And who leaves a restaurant looking like this. Could havebeen just an off day but that made for a pretty negative experience overall. Good place to eat but the service wasn't too friendly ans no matter how much I tried to engage the lady who's doing our sandwich... I couldn't make her smile... either she's having a bad day or she's not enjoying her work. The food was ok... but i don'trecommend the steak cubes since it was chewy and hard to bite through. WORST chipotle ive ever been too. i did a mobile order and ALL 3 bowls were wrong. 1 missing, 2 completely wrong. queso was OLD... AND STIFF. absolutely disgusting. then went back to fix order and only gave us missing bowl. will not be coming here again. foodisnt even close to fresh, all cold and tastes like its been sitting out for days. Why would you guys send me a bowl , with no RICE !!! Yes I wanted a veggie bowl but all I?m eating is literally toppings !! I?m... eating lettuce , cheese avocado, sour cream, fajita veggies all mixed up in one !!! I?ve been starving at work all day and myfood gets delivered and this is what I have ! I ordered a veggie bowl for pick up. Got home with it and it had meat in it. I'm a vegitarian so couldn't eat it. Looked like it... would of been good otherwise. My boyfriend had a burrito but the majority of it was just rice with small amounts of anythingelse and wasn't wrapped good, was falling apart and was soggy. Very poorly made. Didn't want to bother going back since theythey had such a long line and wait. Ending up throwing the food out and getting dinner else where. Read more

Customer service is Horrible. The people serving food is rude no manners. This kids need to go to school and learn some... education or I believe this is the only Job they can get. So bad for chipotle Have this people no educated with no respect andbad customer service. The manager is a ignorant and he is never intended to fix any problem with customer.
