I have been so disappointed with this location lately! If I stop by during evening hours, the staff is all over the place, the... counter is swimming with food falling out from the containers and not to mention the salad is never fresh...or at least doesn'tlook like it at all! I am a regular costumer and I loved to go there with my friend to have lunch on a regular basis but latelyit's been very disappointing!???? The management should do much better! I?m usually not critical but honestly 1 star. I?ve ordered here various times over the past year and I don?t know how but they... manage to mess up my order every single time, not once was it my actual order. My last experience from a few days ago I feltlike was a targeted hate act, buried within my vegetarian sofritas bowl was a chunk of beef. Extremely disrespectful tovegetarians, vegans, and Muslims. I have never been to a Chipotle as awful and unreliable as this one. I've ordered here probably 10 times and have never once had... my order correct. It always takes multiple visits to get my entire order. Awful. Horrendous. Drive further to a reliablelocation or eat elsewhere. This restaurant is in a great location, is brand new, has a drive-thru - everything going for it.But they just do an awful job. This chipotle location is always out of something. Last visit it was cheese, this time they were out of sour cream and... tortillas. I understand we have been having supply and demand issues but come on. This is getting a little ridiculous. And thishasn?t been the last two weeks. This has been months! Had a terrible experience here. Not busy but The girl making the food had a seriously bad and aggressive attitude. The woman at... the register was rude, she did not hand me my food and walked away. There were no forks or napkins in the lobby. I had to goback to the register and get a fork from the woman and her response was " oh I didn't put it in the bag?" No regard for lack ofcondiments. Got lunch here today and found a bug in my food. I am currently pregnant so when I started throwing up I didn't think nothing of... it at first. Worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. Ordered food online at 6:30pm to be picked up at 6:50. I had to wait until 7:30 for my... food. AND, when I finally got home to enjoy it, I found my burrito that I paid to contain extra steak contained absolutely nosteak. Terrible. Read more

Worse experience I ever had at a restaurant. Order my food online said it would be ready at 6:30 wasn?t ready till before 7... about 4 others waiting and complaining. Never got a sorry or nothing.
