I'm not sure what the hiring procedure is for this particular franchise but you might need to adjust your process. Between the... wait time, phone usage and unprofessionalism... the staff here needs adjustment. My receipt says the young lady cashing me outwas "Darmesha". I'm not sure if she was having a bad day.. or was too interested in her phone ... it was very apparent she doesnot want to be working at this establishment... perhaps not in a customer service field at all.... My advice, check your camerasmore often to ensure proper procedures are taken place ... I'll go to the one down the road, where atleast I'll get a smile... Read more

I get delivery or used to get delivery from this Dunkin' donuts they do not know the difference between hazelnut and french... vanilla and put way too much cream in the coffee every time and always missing food from the bag Read more

I understand the morning rush of customers can be hectic, however quality cannot be substituted. I only ordered a small coffee... and hash brown rounds...what I received was shredded and burnt inedible food. Bad form, Dunkin! Either staff more employees tohandle rushes or train them to not serve substandard products. Maybe its just this location but the manager Tye, while pleasant,was unable to lead this morning. At the drive thru, I had an extended wait because he said he was "having problems with thecustomers inside". I've never had this issue before and I hope it's the last time. Read more

The only reason I give this one star is because the morning shift is good. The manager that was there (Tyrone) was great. But... never go there in the afternoon. Either they don't have food, latte machine down, or not serving food. I ordered two lattes andthey didn't even have enough milk for both, none the less the flavors I asked for. Couldn't even get my $10 back. How doesthis location even stay open? To the new owners, just shut it down! Read more

Worst service ever. This was the sign posted by ?management? at the drive thru, this should have been my first clue to just move... on. But then as I ordered the same mocha latte I?ve ordered for over 20 years, the girl taking my order proceeded to refuse myorder because that is ?not how you order that drink?.When I asked to place my order with someone else because I?ve been orderingthis same drink for many years she started getting very verbally aggressive with me over the drive thru speaker saying ? are youtalking to me? Are you talking to me like that? I know you?re not talking to me.? I will NEVER visit this location again norwill I ever suggest it to the many people I deal with at a local business ever again. Horrible communication skills??????????? they made us wait for this? Cold bread with avocado spread on top? They didn?t put the... everything bagel seasoning like they are supposed to, and they didn?t toast the bread? it?s called and avocado TOAST*??????????? I asked for decaf Iced coffee, oat milk, hazelnut and vanilla, I received oat milk with vanilla and hazelnut and adrop of coffee, and that?s me being generous because the drink was almost white? I did not feel the coffee taste at all?. Theworst part is that they made us wait in the parking for this horrible food? I can?t believe I wasted time and money on this. Read more
