Coffee and staff is nice, but the place definitely needs to clean on a daily basis. Bathrooms, counters, trash cans overflowing,... windows and doors always dirty. Never see the employees wash there hands or use sanitizer while preparing the next customerorder. Hopefully they read this review and get better overall. Read more

The single most filthy establishment I've ever been to. Just walking toward the building, the glass was filthy. That should... have been a sign to walk away. But it was a long day. The place was crawling in filth. Dirt everywhere. It clearly hadn't beencleaned in over a day. Even the mat at the door was COVERED in human hair. How does that even happen?!! I don't usually give badreviews, because you're messing with people's livelihood, but this was bad! This was really bad! Totally unacceptable.Unsurprisingly, the customer service was also bad. I stood at the counter for nearly a whole minute before someone finallylooked up and acknowledged that I was standing there. Every inch of that place is a health code violation. Read more

Based on the cleanliness of the restroom it makes me wonder about the staff their hands and the food prep areas

I Love this Duncan. It?s right across the street from where I work, I go here multiple times a week, and it is easily the best... Duncan around. I?ve been to Several different Duncan Donuts in the area, and had an issue with every single one at some point.But, not this one. The employees are so on it, friendly, witty, and Super fast. This place has the best merchandise I?ve seen in South Florida. The iced tea was good. The brownie batter doughnut tasted good... but was very stale. It?s just another instance of the quality going downhill once they stopped making doughnuts fresh andstarted delivering them.
