The guy who is behind the counter is rude and doesn't understand your order ever. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate one day and... he gave me a frozen coffee, I can only assume out of laziness. Today my daughter wanted doughnuts so we were trying to decidewhich ones we wanted out of the very little they had. The rude employee was yelling at me to rush my decision even thougheverything was mislabeled. When I asked for what I wanted he couldn't even grab the right doughnut. #dunkindonuts I ordered a bagel with creamcheese on side and this is what i got. A cup with cream cheese scooped in with... black things in it. Wish I could give this dunkin 0 stars so not only what happened below but just showed up at 525pm and was told they are closed.... They're supposed to open until 7. The manager of this location obviously can't properly run a business and hopefully will befired soon. Sometimes I get off a Work at 5pm and want a bagel. And it's always up in the air if they server food after 5pm.Sometimes I get a bagel other times it's "we don't serve food after 5pm" I think it's just lazy workers no doing their job. Read more
Whomever reads this post. I'm a former employee and will never go back to any Dunkin ever. The local Dunkin at 8900 Military... Trail Rd in PBG is horrible. CAFUA, LLC and HZ COFFEE GROUP LLC, are terrible and running Dunkin into the ground. Both companiesare liars, stole hours from employees, hire untrained management to run their stores, and will continue to have an extremelyhigh turnover. I worked at this location for over a year, hired at the rate of 11 hrly and stayed there for over a year, whenasked about getting a raise, I was told to be patient and things will workout. This was a now resigned manager Kerrian Wisdom.Her MUM(MULTI UNIT MANAGER) Novie is as dumb as they come. She doesn't know her job, will place blame on everyone that'spossible to blame, steal your hours to make her bonuses, and encourage her managers to do the same. Any Dunkin locations withinthe Palm Beach County area should be shutdown and the health department should visit them regularly. Read more
I went through the drive thru early this morning and yes, even though there was only one car in front of me, I waited 10... minutes. When I got home and opened the lid to my hot vanilla latte, I discovered a strand of long black hair stuck on theinside of the lid, matted by the coffee! I had to drive all the way back and requested to speak with a manager to report theissue. Employees all ignored me initially until I finally stopped one of the employees to get his attention. The guy I spoke tosaid he was a manager and asked what I needed. I opened up the coffee cup and showed him the hair. He shook his head, sighedwith frustration and went into the back and I heard him say to someone, "Either groom it or wear a hair net". He then made me anew coffee but NEVER said sorry. No apology, no reassurance that it won't happen again or no acknowledgement ofwrongdoing. Horrible customer service... And even worse way to address your staff - both in public and without mandating shewear a hair net, which is a food handler and safety protocol and standard. I won't be visiting this location again!
