I was so amazed by the exceptional customer service Precious has. She was the starlight of jersey Mike?s today. I felt so... welcomed by her and felt that my money was well spent with the sub she made me. The 2 other employees need training from her tolearn customer service because they had such nasty attitudes. I dine in and watched precious give out exceptional service myentire lunch. She was able to deal with problems and still maintain customers with a great attitude! Great employee, hire morepeople like her. Read more

Went here a few times the past summer. Each time it get dirtier and new staff members, especially different Managers. So this... location needs work corporate, heads up! My child and I ordered subs from your establishment and got sick. We have stomach aches and diarrhea. We will not be eating from... your restaurant anymore and will not recommend this location. We will definitely inform others of this debacle. You need toclean your slicers properly, clean sub preparation areas properly, change gloves every time you touch a different surface, andclean utensils properly. I placed an order on Door dash it only gave me one option size which was mini I've called this location multiple times to let... them know to change the size that it wasn't an option on the app and no one answered at all I've called 6 times because I wouldcancel the order of I got a mini sub, this is always an issue with this location I was not satisfied at all. Our office eats at Jersey Mikes at least once a week with this location being the closest to us. I have to say, over the years... the staff has gotten so disrespectful. The manager Anthony seems to be the issue as he bosses everyone around with one wordanswers as well as the customers. I am a very patient person but his attitude ruins the entire establishment. It is 4 o'clock in the evening want sub so I stop by Jersey Mike in the Village Plaza, vegetables look like they been sitting... out all day I asked the did they have fresh tomatoes or lettuce she said no. Prior to her putting my sandwich together I ask wasthere any fresh in the back she replied by saying "it's the ending of the day and none will be put out" mind you it's 4:00p.m.and the store closes at 9 p.m. so they just going to serve soggy tomatoes and brown lettuce. That is what you call bad customerservice who is the owner should do better because the workers make them look bad. Reading other reviews I guess I am not theonly one who experienced the not so fresh veggies for the sandwich you spend to much for poor service and food. Thus crew reallyneeds to learn how to do a better presentation with food.
