The employees do not understand food safety. They do not change their gloves after touching everything in the restaurant... including cleaning rags. Gloves are NOT to keep your hands clean, it's to keep cross contamination. It's very disgusting.Employees also walk in the back then come back with same gloves and start touching food! When they change gloves they do notwash their hands before handling new gloves. If management does not do something I will personally report all Jersey Mike's tothe health department. This is the 3rd restaurant I have witnessed thiz. Read more
Asked for the red relish on the side tonight. I saw her put it in the cup! Tipped cash. Got home and discovered it is missing.... Also asked for jalapenos and got maybe 2 or 3. Ruined my sandwich. This location used to be so good. Read more

This event supports the critical mission of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation tocure cystic fibrosis. People living with CF, their families, and friends absolutely loved their lunch from Jersey Mike's! I am assuming this location switched ownership or management in the last year or two. I used to go here weekly and spend... thousands. Now, my online orders are forgotten about and not started until I arrive. Happened multiple times at this location.The other time they gave me a cheesesteak covered in grease and juices, bread was not edible. This place used to be old reliablefor me and now it sucks. They can't even get an online order for a sandwich right. I know the Jersey Mikes brand can do betterthan this, I hope someone reading this cares.
