We eat at this location regularly and it never disappoints! Food is delicious. The sauces are amazing!!

I ordered three plates two number 1 and one number 2 all with plantain. The number 2 order was wrong and had corn instead I... explain to the lady who took the plate of food that I have already touch it. The lady use the same silverware that touching thefood to remove the chicken and add it to another box. I try to explain to the lady why don?t you just give me the plantaininstead of cross contamination she reply I have gloves. Them out of nowhere the lady in the Drive-through yell out to just givehim a refund screaming at me. I received Very poor customer services and was treated like I?m not a paying customer. And when Iask for the manager who was seating in the lobby they told me she on break over there very nonchalant about it as if themanager don?t care either. The manager was seating there witnessing everything and did not say anything and when I try toapproach her to explain what just happen. She told me to hold on call the employee to talk to first and made me wait just to saythe same thing that the lady did to me. Overall I received Extremely poor service and wish for the owners of the restaurant tocontact me due to the fact that not right I should not have been treated that way. The meat was over cooked and inedible. Basically, I had beans and rice for dinner which were "fair" at best. Would never go back... and never recommend to anyone. Rating one star was being generous..... and wasn't able to rate zero. Read more

I'm sorry but 2/3 of this dish was just unideable. I understand this is a chicken place but if you are going to have something... on the menu at least try to make it right. First of all, everything was fried rock hard, the only thing the dish had was theyuca and the sauce it came with. Second of all there was rock hard chicken bones mix with the seafood. I have come to this location a couple times now and have always been pleasantly pleased. This time I tried the stir fried... chicken and it was different and my taste buds loved it. They also have drive-through which is what I went through and it wasfast. Read more

I bought a Lomo saltado familiar after reading reviews and make a huge mistake. The order was really small and nothing like the... picture. I am peruvian and this is not how a Lomo saltado should be served and looked. I complaint to the cashier and they toldme it was 20 oz. and this is how it is. They charged me $40 + !! 4 times the price of a personal Lomo saltado. Poor serving!I posted a picture so you can see it and don't make the same mistake. Read more

Ordered take out from here to the Hilton. Food was still hot tasty and fresh.
