2022: Still a great location but they prioritize drive thru and mobile orders so even if you want to eat inside I recommend... going through the drive thru otherwise you will wait 10 minutes. Also posted lobby hours say until 11 pm but they usually closeat 9. 2021 review: 1) Newly remodeled 2)Clean 3) Excellent service 4)Food is always good 5) download the McDonald's app! I was told I had to use Kiosk even though I informed the manager that the items I wanted was not an option. When I got... exasperated the manager mocked me. Another customer helped me with Kiosk even though it stated an associate was available todo so. I requested dine in and took the number to my table. I was given a ToGo bag and was called to the counter to pick it up. Never received a receipt at the Kiosk so I couldn?t check to see if I received the wrong flavor of coffee. I get out of work late and this is the only place to go. I went once at 1AM and had no issues. The second time I went was at 2AM... and they said "We are not taking any orders at this time" and when I asked why, she replied "we are preparing for breakfast". Itried to give them the benefit of the doubt by asking when breakfast would be ready and I don't mind waiting, knowing how hardthings can be if you're understaffed or underequipped. I went to this store last Friday around 4pm to order a meal for myself and a happy meal for my child, The customer service was a... young black woman, I nicely mentioned that I have a deal I want to use it on my McDonald?s app She rudely said that I have to goto order through the kiosk, so I told her that I have that deal on my phone how can I order on the kiosk!!? And I?ve started toshow her the deal, she answered again with a very bad attitude that I had to mention that first to her! What first!!? I don?tknow!!!! I told her well, I?m mentioning it now! She got angry at me and left me by the counter talking to her!!! Yelling I?mnot taking that customer asking another customer service to come see me!!! I wonder how such people with that attitude workingas customer service!! That?s really insane!! This is my SECOND terrible experience with this McDonald's location. I wish i could give ZERO stars. First time i had an issue i... wrote to corporate and i got this location's manager to reach out to me and apologize. Service wen from TERRIBLE to so-soshortly after. Tonight i waited 1/2 hour to go through the drive through and it wasn't even busy - there were 2 cars ahead ofme. I placed my order for a #7 Meal and the woman asked me something about a "burrito" then caught herself, said "sorry wrongmenu" then asked if i wanted a drink with that. I patiently told her a #7 MEAL is the burger, fries and drink, aka a combo.Anyway i waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for the first car to get their food. All the while cars were LEAVING the drive through andprobably going to the Taco Bell across the street or maybe ANOTHER McDonald's location. Finally it was my turn to pull up to thedrive through window and a red headed female was doing something with the soda machine and totally ignored me. A very simple "hii am new, please be patient" or "hi i will be right with" would've also worked. But by that time i lost my patience, waited forANOTHER car to pass me as they lost THEIR patience, then i drove away. Absolutely TERRIBLE service especially late night, whereanother reviewer hit the nail on the head - the overnight crew will say "their system is down" or "system is updating" and theycan't serve food for another hour or so. Or they just plain HIDE and pretend customers don't exist. I hope the manager or OWNERreads this review because there is A LOT of competition for fast food late night. A lot of people had issues with the app while trying to order here, and the employees were very nice about helping them out!
This mcdonals claims to be open 24 hour however that's not the case. Night time shift employee are hidden in the back so no... customers can see them. Or they will hit you up with " system down we can take any orders so the time passes by without doingshi..t and just getting paid. I placed an order online trying to get some food but no one is willing to provide me with theassistance. To make things worse. I was charged for the food I never received.
