Excellent service, excellent food! We love Peruvian food and this restaurant does not disappoint! Everything is so full of... unique flavors-the menu is not boring Latin American food you find everywhere-we haven?t had anything so different but deliciousin our many restaurant experiences. My husband and I dined at Mestizo Peruvian Cuisine and had a fabulous dining experience!! Pedro, the owner, greeted us when we... entered and immediately seated us. We couldn't decide on what to eat since there were so many mouth watering choices so Pedrohelped us to narrow it down. We chose Wonton De Cangrejo as our appetizer as well as Cashew Chicken and Peruvian Beef Stroganoffas our main meals with a pitcher of red sangria to top it off. The Wontons were a perfect crispiness and the homemade soursauce was a nice addition. The Cashew Chicken had a wonderful creamy sauce and the Stroganoff had a such a rich flavor. Everydish was presented beautifully and was so amazingly delicious! We were excited to have leftovers so that we could enjoy ourmeals again the next day. Pedro is so friendly and chatted with us during the evening. He introduced us to his wife who is theamazing chef that cooks the tasty, extraordinary creations. They work together to come up with the very unique menu that nicelyincorporates their Peruvian heritage. Service is excellent and the restaurant has a nice, comfortable ambiance. Outstanding all the way around. Fresh, fun, and flavorful. The location and setting is easy to get to and on the Monday night I... was there parking was easily available on the street. The duck was deliciously prepared and balanced perfectly with the sautéedprune topping, honestly the roasted veg on the side was the star of the plate. The Ceviche was so good I almost drank the sauce.The teriyaki salmon was a surprise as well sitting on a pillow of mashed potato. Can?t wait to come back here. Read more

So we love to find the places that you can't find unless you look. Mestizo is one of those places. From the minute we walked... in we knew we chose right. Delbert greeted us at the door and seated us at the outdoor area on request. He was personable,funny and right on cue. The food here is creative and delicious. Excellent fusion of Peruvian and Asian as well as Peruvianand Italian. Great ingredient choices made for a super experience. We stumbled upon this charming restaurant by accident. What a fortunate accident. The restaurant itself is inviting and cozy and... we were greeted by the owners with a warm welcoming smile and a delightful explanation of what we were about to experience.Being new to Peruvian food, but no strangers to Cuban fare, we were excited about this interesting culinary fusion plot twist.We decided to order several menu items to sample and while some dishes were favored more than others, we were not disappointedby any of the selections. The presentation was gorgeous, the flavors spot on, and quite frankly worthy of a Michelin star. Doyourself a favor and visit this husband/wife team and tell everyone you know, to do the same.
