Over the past couple months, I've had 3 orders of Greek salad. The first order was an hour late, the second order was okay, and... now the third order has missing ingredients in the salad. I have to give this location a failing grade. I will avoid them inthe future. UPDATE: Months later, I'm in the mood for a Greek salad and I call in an order. I took a quick check inside the bagand drove home. I open up the package and start putting the salad together. When I cut open the Greek peppers I noticed thatthey're brown inside. Then I look at the two dressing containers, and one of them is not a Greek vinaigrette dressing. Not surewhat it was. I drove back to the store and returned the salad. The manager would not give me a receipt for a refund, but didoffer to give me a credit for another meal. I guess that I have to contact Google Pay, to stop payment. Read more
I have gone to Panera bread numerous times in the past several months that I have gone I have noticed that it is overwhelming... for employees on Panera bread?s team it takes 45 minutes for any order between the time it opens until 1130 The team leader orshift manager name lady is unequipped to lead she hides in the back or she will just act like she?s busy with her team isoverwhelmed and it?s not getting assistance from her Lady does not step up!!! Someone else needs to come in and help organizeon time because it?s ridiculous! The food is still good and delicious You need to hire more if that?s the case But I was realdisappointed when it comes to higher management not putting in the effort to do better Read more
worst service ever!!! every time i try to order here it?s a joke. I?ve seen so many people just walk out because of the... service. Don?t waste your time. I don?t know if it?s a lack of staff or a lack of training but something needs to be done. Read more
Ordered pick up. Family meal for next day birthday brunch. Just opened to heat up AND the 3rd Pizza box is EMPTY. Tried to... call. Three Times. Rang so many times, disconnected. Also no one read the request on dressings choice & had to go bk after Ichecked it in car. As to food, pizza good but the crust is bread not crisp. Toasted well in oven but out of box was chewyfresh. Had a piece driving home from Panera Pick up. Maybe someone will see this & reach out with a # to make it right. So sadcould have been avoided with a little work ethic. Read more
I'll take this as a lesson to open my sandwich before I leave the store when doing pickup. Ordered a roasted turkey avocado... sandwich and got a chicken or tuna salad - not sure cause I don't eat that kind of thing... Waste of money! Read more

Visit this morning for something quick. Ordered my soufflé with Hailey smiling face. She quickly placed my order, asked me for... my name, directed me towards the pickup counter for my made to order sandwich. I ordered the house special hot chocolate and thegreen smoothie for my husband. The cleanliness of the restaurant, quick ordering process, warm and inviting space made me stayto eat in and watch the beautiful birds outside. I enjoy Panera 2-4 times a week working a 9-5. This location is the best by faruntil my sandwich order was given away, I had to ask for my cookie and drinks as if I were forgotten, and given another sandwichimmediately. Overall great experience. Worst service ever. Need a whole new staff. Manager lets staff run wild. Smoke weed in the back. When are they going to shut... this place down? It?s dirty and the slowest customer service in the world. Read more
