Asked for 2 Jack O Lantern Pizzas. Asked if they could be cut into squares, was told they dont cut those but will send a cutter... with the order so we can cut it. Pizza arrived late, driver didn't bring the cutter but said he would go back to get 1. Tookpizza upstairs but it didn't look that good. Driver never came back so we ended up trying to cut these things with a plasticknife, recieved a text an hour later asking if we still needed the cutter.....Tried to provide feedback via their form was toldthey could do nothing as "upper management" said it couldnt be cut. The order was almost perfect. However I ordered two extra large pepperoni, 1 large pepperoni, a veggie pizza and wings. When we... opened the regular large pepperoni box, it was a cheese pizza. My family and I accepted the cheese pizza but hopefully next timeour order is correct because we did pay money for pepperoni and not cheese. Read more

If I got give negative stars I would! The worst papa johns in the history of papa johns. They don?t answer the phone and you... have to wait over an hour to receive one pizza. Ridiculous!!! This place should find new management. The women left me on holdfor over ten minutes and kept on placing me on hold when I answered. Horrible service absolutely awful! I?m calling because theygot my order wrong in the first place and I can?t even get it corrected because they don?t answer the phone. I?m taking it allthe way up to management. I personally worked at this Location (2021) Everyone was cool and on point to what their position was and others would make... their way to help when work was slow. Once its rush hour with calls and orders online back to back everyone is helping evermanagers. I personally think if mistake is made its due out of accident or driver is literally lost or confused on where todeliver and i myself was a driver. I myself was trying my hardest when lost. Place is always cleaned. I myself enjoyed workingand wish to be given a second chance. New crew (2022) really don't care. Slack. Due to whoever is Managing. I myself meet andwent threw inspection and everyone was a team player under Terrence(Main) (2 other helping manage /supervise (2 other maleemployees). Read more

Management can barely take an order after sitting in the back for hours, took buddy 3 times, in person after their own staff got... my order wrong and it was literally one pizza. Big loser energy. Read more
