Workers need to not have ear phones in while making food, they seem to forget items when jamming to music, then touching hair... and clothes without gloves on. At least mandate gloves and masks if allowed to have earphones or AirPods in and talking overfood ugh. That?s why i prefer Blaze pizza but wanted to try the pizza melt, gas to high to be having to go all the way back whenyou avoid one that you live by cuz of its nastiness and go to one further out. I paid over 57 dollars for an online delivery and noticed the sticks I ordered wasn't with the rest of my order. I called the... store over 3 times and only got answered once but hung up on as soon as I noticed they picked up. I waited over 40 mins in totalfor 3 calls. I will not be ordering from here again since their customer service is horrible and I worked at a pizza place andcan understand what it means to work under pressure and deal with a lot so I didn't want to vent on anyone but this is justhorrible service. I loved my experience at this location, pizza was very fresh when I got it & also the cinnamon sticks, I really love the sweet... dipping sauce that comes with it. I got the $10.00 box & I must admit I was very satisfied and not disappointed at all. In myfair opinion it can feed 2-3 people if that. Very good and close to home. Read more
It took them 3 deliveries in one night to Complete my order and get it right, and the pizza was over cooked. We Never ordered... from here so my wife and I decided...what the heck. Dominos next time. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered $60 worth of food for it to be a total waste. My bacon and cheese pizza tasted rotten and so... did parts of my other pizzas. Like the sauce was bad or the bacon maybe even the cheese idk but all I do know is it was thenasty thing I've ever tasted. On top of pizza I ordered the cheesy Alfredo pastas 2 of them. One was alright but the 2nd one wasso watered down it might as well have been a soup. And since it was so watered down it has 0 flavor it was gross. I will neverorder from that pizza hut again it was a total waste of $60. Next time I'd rather spend that kinda money on papa John's at leastI know my food will taste good. Read more
