Tonight Z (Zsana) was our waitress and she was so sweet, attentive, and helpful. I had my kids with me and she took the time to... show special attention and care to my 11 year old son. Z made our experience even more enjoyable, we laughed quite a bit, thefood was great and exactly what we wanted and we felt comfortable. We love Red Lopster, but we had one disappointment after another at this location. Parking was easy. When we walked in there... was an old carpet smell. There wasn't really anyone there yet customer wise, but no one was at the front to host, we waitedmaybe 5 minutes for an employee to come to the host desk and then we were seated right away. As soon as we were seated wenotices the walls and other furniture right away. There was stuff all over them, it looked like food splatters and boogers. Wewere going to ask for a different booth but when I went to look it was everywhere else too. We stayed anyway because the tableitself was clean and the floors were clean for the most part. Some of our silverware had food and oily spots on then though, butwe were able to find 1 clean fork for each of us. The menus had food on them too. It was 10min before the waitress came to thetable just to get our drink order, she was really nice though. As she took our drink order we went ahead and ordered everythingelse too. We ordered the lopster-artichoke-seafood dip, a bowl of lobter bisque, the ultimate feast, fried rainbow trout, shrimplinguine alfredo, 2 virgin sunset passion coladas, and a vanilla bean cheese cake. The dip came out hot and tasted great, lookedexactly like the picture. After getting our appetizer she finally brought us some biscuits, but some were smushed and brokeapart. The bowl of lopster bisque was thick and tasted good but came out warm, not hot like is should. For the ultimate feasteverything tasted fine except the crab legs, they tasted old with a foul smell. The fried rainbow trout tasted ok, nothingspecial. The shrimp linguine alfredo was part of the unlimited shimp promotion, so the first one I received was good, but reallysmall in portion, second one only had 3 shrimp, and the third portion the noodles were not cooked all the way. Lol....... had the most impersonal Hostess we have every had in any restaurant ever! No personality at all. The restaurant was... extremely COLD so if you come bring a sweater or long sleeve.... We ordered a light meal and were surprised at how the saladshave shrunk. (see pictures) True it has been a few months since we visited our local Red Lobster but in those months somethingwent totally..... I ended up ordering a lobster "pizza" and the crust was so salty i ended up just eating the toppings off thecrust (which was fantastic).whilce was great and favorable. Order to go and my pasta was dry with no sauce. I was only 4 minutes away from where I pick it up. Everything else was good.... Over all not bad. Read more
The service can definitely be improved. They have staffing challenges and customer service can be much better. So if you’re... going to dine in, have patience. Your biscuits and meal will still be hot and tasty. Read more
Okay so, the food was decent but the service needs a lot of work. Had to pack up my own to gos by myself at the table and was... told to pay with the machine on the table with all my plates laying there in front of me it was very frustrating I ended upaccidentally knocking over a glass of water because the table was full of plates and made an even bigger mess! And thesilverware was polished by me it was disgusting when I opened the napkin. I posted some pictures but the way the table is sonice and clean is what I did to make it look nice the servers had no part and actually they really need more people and moretraining. This may have been the worst Dining experience I have had in Many years. Certainly, the worst in West Palm Beach. I grew up... traveling so I have eaten all over the country. My parents were military so it was a lot of budget travel. Red Lobster was the"fancy" place we went. Walking in the hostess was no where to be seen someone from the kitchen area said they would be alongsoon. (there were 3 other parties in the whole place so not busy.) many of the tables we passed were either not yet bussed orwere being used to store trays and take away containers. The waiter, although nice, was harried despite the patrons being outnumbered by the staff. He didn't check with us hardly and the food took longer than it should have. Especially considering itarrived on hot plates but cool and over cooked. The Restroom was appalling and I went in on the heels of a staff memberexiting. We won't be back. it is a shame it has degenerated to such a state. Considering a meal for 4 people ran over $150 Iwould have liked to see some effort in service, cleanliness or quality. Read more
