They need to get it together and start serving drinks worth drinking , only drink they could get right is ice caramel latte,... good luck asking for anything else. Asked for a caramel ribbon crunch and it was disgusting. Okeechobee and 95 is way better ,I?ve never left a review but this location continues to disappoint. I just went thru the drive thru at this location, and typically, I am a HUGE FAN of Starbucks cappuccinos. I order them all the... time. My daughter is a HUGE FAN of the cheese danish. Eats them all the time! This experience, however, was hugelydisappointing. My VENTI cappuccino was served to me HALF FULL. Why? My daughter?s cheese danish looked like it had been sat on.She won?t eat it, and my cappuccino tastes terrible. That was an expensive trip to the GARBAGE CAN. Thanks team!!! Read more
Standard Starbucks location. Pros: 1. Very spacious and well laid out. Plenty of comfy single seater couches. 2. Service was... quick (mind you, I came in at non-rush hour). 3. Standard Starbucks fare. Cons: None that I can think of at this moment. Read more
This location always closes down their drive thru for no reason. Every other week their drive thru is closed when there?s... absolutely nothing wrong w. the machines they do this to specifically stop people from coming through the drive thru. And thenwhen you ask if the can just hand you the order through the window they refuse (I ordered on the app & used pick up thru drivethru) literally zero customer service, they hire a bunch of people that simply do not care about the customers. It is truly aninconvenience to find Parking in this parking lot as well when you have to get out and go get your order inside. Read more
