Every time when they have so many customers, they always messed up. Last time I ordered the fleppe without whipped cream, they... put it, so I told them. Instead of making a new one, no! The lady took a lit and scooped the whipped cream out, gross! Today Iordered online like usual, macchiato with extra 2 shots. They said on my app, no caramel today, no problem. I brought my cup andout caramel in and go pick it up. Walked to the car pour the coffee in my cup. First sip I almost throw up. They put extracaramel in it and forgot to put extra 2 shots which I paid for. I can?t walk in and ask them now since I transport the coffee inmy cup already. Also when they are busy they don?t care about anything. If I knew they have a good service mind here, I wouldhave walked back and ask them to fix it, but I knew they don?t since last time they just used the lid to scoop the whipped creamout. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. When we pulled up to the window they had a sign that stated ?Ian was nothing? as we had just... lost our home and town to the hurricane on the other coast and came over here to seek shelter. Two of the associates laughed inour face when we expressed that sign was hurtful and inappropriate due to what our town was experiencing. As they continued tolaugh we asked for the manager to come over and she rudely dismissed us and our concerns about the sign and how her stafftreated us. It was so inappropriate and unkind after what Ian has done to SWFL. Do better Starbucks. Read more

Solid Starbucks. Generally friendly staff with a cool atheistic. Biggest issue is how the orders are prioritized. They always do... pick up orders first so it will often leave you waiting 5 plus minutes for a basic coffee. Not the staffs fault just more of aStarbucks thing. Very disappointing experience. Customer service was below the standard for Starbucks. Even outside the US you can get better... customer service than in this location. ALL the tables were dirty. Granted they only had outside sitting, but it looked likethey never clean the the tables. This reflects poorly on management and it affects my loyalty. Read more
