Top of the line dining experience. Every dish was a separate culinary experience; daring and inventive combination of... ingredients and flavors. The distinct flavors of the region, such as the peach salad where tangy peach meet with tart fennel andlicoricey arugula, to the roasted short rib marrow, served with just the right amount of toast, crunchy onion rings and shortrib meat so that the rich, marrow was not overwhelming on its own. Also the chicken thighs, served with comb honey and pickles, was perfectly executed. The fried green tomatoes, again regional yet different, served with burrata and a hint of mint, with adrizzle of pepper jelly, rich, tangy crunchy and nothing overpowering... Perfectly balanced. Each dish is so perfect Irecommend ordering them one at a time, and sharing them around, commenting on the flavor profile. For non drinkers, thelemonade is a cocktail in itself. Read more

I was in town for a family reunion and we stopped by the Mockingbird Lounge. The bartender Mr.Bernie gave us the best service!... He was very attentive and personable. He also noticed us trying to take a group photo and helped us take some GREAT photos. Ifyou’re looking for a great time and a chill vibe definitely go to the Mockingbird Lounge and ask for Mr.Bernie. I ordered the 12 piece chicken bucket special. It was salty, extremely crunchy and dry. It was a special for Fried Chicken Day.... I ordered a side of Mac and cheese with it. I wished they told me it was only enough for one person. Since it was takeout, Ididn’t expect to go home to fix sides with this. Won’t be back. Read more

You could not ask for better service and company in the Mockingbird Lounge. Mr. Bernie is polite and charismatic. The other... serving staff made a wonderful display of the smoked burrata appetizer (I wish the video would post!) with smoke spiraling outfrom under the class cover. I enjoyed the crispy chicken with honeycomb. I'm telling you, this combo is incredible and the friedchicken so soft on the inside and perfectly crisped on the outside. The ambiance in the afternoon felt refined and relaxed inthe Mockingbird Lounge. Please come to this restaurant to enjoy a relaxed and high quality meal. Read more

So glad The Regional opened again. Our server, Ian, was friendly and professional. My wife enjoyed the Braised Short Ribs, and... I had the Red Snapper. Both were outstanding! The atmosphere was lively and the customer service was excellent! We lookforward to dining again soon. Read more

Located on the outskirts of the City Place plaza in West Palm Beach is the freshly re-opened @eat_regional which was shuttered... for quite some time. In a large, open and airy space some of the areas more creative, southern inspired dishes and being servedup. With ample interior and outdoor dining seating, there was no problem getting a table this evening. The menu itself isn’ttoo large and overwhelming, while offering several commonplace dishes, but having some various takes that seemed exciting.Sticking with smaller plates this evening, we started with the stuffed squash which was thoughtfully prepared with varying fromflavors of tangy, sweet and the savory richness of the squash itself. While there was a very noticeable tang drizzle, it was avery fine dish. The burrata, which I think every menu has, was presented in a more unique manner, smoked under glass table side. The accompanying eggplant compote and crispy capers rounded the dish out well. The dish of the evening however, was the alwaysgluttonous bone marrow with an opposing BBQ short rib which contrasted the marrow meat perfectly. A dish surely worth repeating,as well as the visit.
