Working with Chef Trinnette for our Path to College EdFest celebration was a treat! Her prompt response, clear and concise menu... offerings, and invoicing system made it super easy to work with and book her for catering services. She provided a variety ofappetizers, both cold on display and butler passed hot options, as well as a very festive and fun dessert grazing board. Sheeven incorporated our theme and giveaway goodies on the tables. Our students and guests raved about the taste and quality! Willcertainly be working with her catering team again. It's rare that I give five stars. On March 15th I was fortunate enough to be gifted a plate from Trindy Gourmet. Trindy only... serves breakfast and not eating pork I wondered what alternatives they may have. The stuffed vegetable croissant with grits is acombination that surprised me how well they made go together. This review is for taste and taste alone. I should probably giveanother review for the service. But, how good the food was made the service an afterthought. No disrespect to the associate thattook my order. Worst experience I?ve had with breakfast in a bit. They were rude, I was the only person there for the first 15 minutes and then... after a half hour I asked if my food was almost ready and had to take it to go at that point. They didn?t let me know it wouldtake 45 minutes to get 3 pieces of small French toast and bacon. I could taste the soap from cleaning clear in there and thecoffee pot. We give this place 5/5 for elegance, taste, comfort, timely ness, freshness and community based. We enjoyed reading the Palm... Beach Post article in the lobby area about the owners and the melody of old school that flirt with our ear drums as we watchedthe passers move on through their day. SMALL, CHIC, & TRENDY CAFE with A+ SOUL FOOD! Trendy Gourmet is a small little gem that serves excellent food for the soul. The... atmosphere is stylish and trendy. The music they play goes well with the food too! Most of all, the food here makes you want toslap someone it's so good. I found myself humming and singing while eating my order of Loaded Grits. The parking here is tightand limited, but the food makes up for that. You can also call ahead and place an order for pickup. The food here is made toorder. Which means they cook it once you order it. The ladies at the front counter were friendly and respectful. If you're inthe area, I suggest stopping by for a serving of a soulful dish. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended. 5 stars!
