My wife was sadly disappointed to put it nicely. She had to repeat her order multiple times and was told by the manager what she... ordered was correct. By the end of this 18 minute back and forth this resulted in a request for a refund. Disappointing becauseour family enjoys Wendy's. I'll just say this was an outlier for this day. Note To Franchise Owner: You really should have a talk with your employees about rudeness. This particular fast food place seems... to consistently hire the rudest, least caring kids I think I?ve ever seen anywhere. Especially at the drive through window. Thefirst couple times I just thought; maybe it?s just one of those people or maybe I?m being hyper-critical, but no?EVERY time I gothere, same thing. I just don?t get what it is that Chick-Fil-A, right down the street (or most other locations I?ve seen) hasto be doing SO differently, that their employees are so much nicer. I?m sure the pay has got to be comparable but theseemployees have the worst attitudes ever. Bad attitudes are contagious. Maybe it?s the manager that?s giving the impression tothese mostly kids that; it?s ok to be rude and inconsiderate to the customers. Just get their money and get them outta here. From 7/15/2022. Corporate get this location it's supplies. It's about as bad as McDonald's ice cream machines at this point. I... wanted chili, there was no chili available. When there is chili, there is no spicy chili sauce available at this location. Thebest thing about this location is the food is fresh. But, it is disappointing when what I want is unavailable. I can't give fivestars for a second option when thinking about and craving a particular item. Read more

Good experience today in drive-thru. Always ask for your condiments. I had a grilled chicken wrap kids meal. Fries were HOT and... greasier than I could stand. Greased up everything in the bag. Ugh. Wrap was good and service was fast. Read more
