The employees are not trained correctly, don't understand when you're putting in your order. Rude upon give food
The strategy is to run you through the window and make you park your car for someone to run your order to you. The problem is... that the order is always wrong so you either have to send someone back in or drive back through. It?s not fast food at thatpoint. Horrible services. I order 5 jr cheese burgers, fries and 2 chili?s. I waited over 20 mins for my order. People came in and left... with their food behind me. I went inside to ask about my food. They said to wait. I asked for my money back and even that was anissue. I paid 31 dollars and they wanted to give me 22 dollars back. The ?manager? scream at me saying I was trouble because Iwanted my money back after being treated horribly and not getting my food. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. If I could leave no stars I would. To start for an empty restaurant the speed of service was pathetic. It took close to 10... minutes to be acknowledged. I ordered their 4 for 4 that comes with a Jr bacon cheeseburger. I took it go, to find out theydidn't put the bacon in my burger. Also I ordered a coke w the meal after the gave me the meal is when I was informed the was nocoke. The restaurant was dirty. I will never go to this Wendy's again. Read more
They can never get anything right here. Fast service, but never what you ordered. Then when you point out their mistake, they... look at you like you're speaking Klingon. One dried up piece of bacon on an egg and cheese biscuit, that was supposed to be asausage egg and cheese biscuit. Read more
