I go in for my 30 min lunch break, there's about 6 workers that I can see, but they're all concentrating on the drive thru.... After about 7 mins a worker comes over looking at me like I'm a nuisance and, I shouldn't be at the counter. After receiving myfood I notice the cup is dirty with brownish syrup on it, so I ask for another cup. She gives me another cup which is alsodirty, when I show her the cup is dirty. She gets upset and says take it, that's just coffee. I couldn't believe she expected meto drink out of a dirty cup, with who knows what on it? If someone orders a potato with sour cream and chive as stated on the menu, the least you can do is let them know you don't have... an item that goes with it. $3 for a plain potato is ridiculous if the condiments don't come with it because you're out of it andnot let the customer know. Read more
Yesterday they gave me someone else?s order, I called and was told to let them know at the window that the manager Gracie said... it would be replaced. Gracie was very kind and helpful on the phone. I returned today to get the food that was owed to me, theguy at the window was excessively mad that I didn?t tell them when I ordered it. I apologized and said I was told to tell themat the window, he exclaimed how he had to throw this all out and remake it now. I asked why, he yelled ?whatever just take it?and slammed the window in my face. I made him open the window back up to ask why he is being rude for such a small inconvenienceand he had a small outburst and I reciprocated and drove away. Haven?t been to a Wendy?s in years, and it?ll be a few morebefore the next time now. 2 stars cuz at least Gracie was nice and the food is edible. Read more
***DO NOT*** order food here via online/app, ***DO NOT*** dine-in, ***DO NOT*** go through the drive-thru!!!!! This location is... terrible (READ THE MANY PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS). Make the drive to another location or just go across the street toMcDonald's on the corner of Forest Hill and Jog. ***DO NOT*** eat at this Wendy's!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere,somewhere that your patronage is valued. I get done work, with my family. I pay for everything, and they don?t give me the whole order. They didn?t give me two Dave... singles that I paid for. The whole time their talking Creole, and either one of the workers knew what they were doing. On top ofthat they try to charge me again for it. I can?t believe the low class people you have working here. I will never go back tothis Wendy?s again. Nobody knows what their doing at this location. Worst Wendy's experience ever. I don't think the kid taking orders spoke English, because he just pointed to a menu card on the... counter when I ordered. Not a huge deal, if my order had been right. Ordered a double and got a baonator thing. Didn't know whattheir chili seasoning/hot sauce was, so he just kept pulling out packets till he got the right one. Some poor customer had torepeat "ketchup" 3 times before he was understood. One of the beef patties was raw. Drink machine basically just dispensed clubsoda no matter what button you pressed. Fries were ok, so there's that. I knew I should have just gone to McDonald's when I waswaiting 5 mins to order. Read more
This Wendy's is run by ANIMALS. We drove thru last week and while waiting for our food there was pure CHAOS going on... inside. Every other word was the "N" word being shouted at one another by the EMPLOYEES. No one had masks on and it felt morelike we were buying CRACK in the hood,, than buying food from Wendy's. The guy who handed us our food said he was the "manager"but he did NOTHING to quiet down the animals who were preparing our food. If we got 10 cents for every time we heard the N wordscreamed by the employees there our meal would have been free. SERIOUSLY. THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS SHOULD TAKE THIS VERYSERIOUSLY. You are supposed to be representing this franchise, not making Wendy's feel like a trip to a ghetto. One star for atleast getting our food order right, AFTER we reminded the manager that our drink was missing. I've never seen anything like thisat a major franchise. Read more
Service was fine but breakfast special is terrible. Breakfast sandwich is dry cold and burnt. Fries are okay. Wendy's has gone... downhill over the past couple of years. Read more
