Very racist! !!!since I'm not of Haitian immigrated! I was in that wendys on Belvedere Rd. In west palm beach,, fl by the... airport charging my equipment to get back on the plane and watching a movie to kill time. I was staying at the hotel down thestreet. So I go to the counter when ready to eat and the manager said she could ring me up only the drive thru register wasworking and she was very rude and her body language said it all. She did not look at me she seemed angry and very dismissive, She refused to ring me up from the drive-thru window after I asked, I was starving!!. She said no one could be in the restaurantat this time, i asked why? she said she COULD NOT TELL ME WHY? Hilarious! I asked her where was Ms. Marlene, whom is the GeneralManager in this store. She said she was not there, so she waited for me to plug out my stuff and escorted me out the store. People just don't know who you are , or where you may work, or whose BOSS you might be! Good place. The lady at the drive through was great. They were clearly understaffed but managed to keep the line running.
I have share with you this experience. We came 10 minutes before the closure at 1.50 a.m. and staff was smiling and they were... very professional. This is a first time in my life when we gave tips in a fast food restaurant. Read more
Update - 7/29/2020: There was no salt on the fries. The lady that made the burger, awesome. Keep five ?????. Cashier,... too. Today, was... Great! Seriously. This place is probably the best Wendy's in all of Palm Beach County. Usually no long lines, lots of parking, some of the nicest... people that help you out (best I've seen in the industry.) I haven't been inside so not sure about how that is on cleanlinessbut the service is how other fast food places should perform. If you ever wanted to try in-n-out and can't travel to the westcoast just ask for the daves double - best burger and usually sizzling hot and juicy! I recommend, especially since they're openlate. Although I was the second customer this location is one of the cleanest Wendy's I've been to. Biscuits weren't ready so I had to... settle for a croissant sandwich. The staff was nice and polite. Always a plus to have a clean restroom but it would be nice ifthe paper towel dispenser could give a larger sheet. There's a pothole in the parking lot that needs repaired and some moreforming that customers could break their ankle in. Read more
