First time in a couple of months I was able to place an order through Dominos app. Waited over 2 hours, placed order at 6:30pm,... app tracker said pizza was out for delivery at 8:04pm, before 8:40pm the app tracker said it was delivered, that was false. Icalled the store and was told that they're closed, no drivers all night, and that they had called over 20 customers since 7pm tocancel orders, well here I was at quarter to 9pm waiting for dinner that was supposedly delivered, only to find out that I wasntlucky enough to get a call to cancel my $60 order. Deleting the app, won't be ordering from Domino's again. Read more
The particular Dominoes is disgusting they make the pizza with no love? They are a disgrace to the dominoes organization. I was... highly disappointed and unsatisfied with my pizza order. I visited this location on Friday at 8pm when they close at 1am. They were already closed. I asked the neighboring convenience... store what time they closed today & they had an answer: 7pm. It's rough enough to order pizza during peak hours when people AREthere. Read more
I love dominos but after so many tries and patience I will no longer support this business. I have attempted to make an online... and i keep getting the same error message and was told to call the store; well 25 minutes later no one answering the phone; whatkind of business is this? Have ordered her multiple times and every time the experience is terrible only reason why I went here is because it is very... close to the house. But I will no longer come here again. They are rude here, always long waits to get your food, they neveranswer the phone. And even though they say they close at 12 we came a little before 10 came inside seeing an employee eating apizza ignoring us. Then someone comes out saying we are closed as they are just hanging out there doing anything and the doorwas still open. This place for real needs to be shut down or corporate has to get involved in this location because it ishorrendous. People need to stop showing up here so they can actually try and change this. That was six days ago- can?t add another review but I also don?t want to take away from the great experiences I did have from... the early shifts...but today I?m more than disappointed: Terrible today. Guess I can?t order from the kids in the evening aseverything is a joke to them. When I order in the mornings things are mostly great, most every time in the evening or nightthings are just crazy and unprofessional. Wings and pizza was great but brownie was over cooked and stale so the black chubbygirl at the front laughed about it and joked to the other girl to ?come get her customer? and mocked me saying it was dry andhard even though I knocked on it and you could hear and see how hard it was, along with the burnt edges. Dissatisfying this isas I truly wanted this Dominos tonight. I love Dominos and it?s always my go-to but I will definitely not be ordering past noonanymore from this location if even at all again. Wondering if these are the girls the manager should have replaced but hasn?tyet for whatever reasons.. They most always are good, had one incident but the manager fixed it. Today I?m the happiestcustomer, maybe person! My food is hot as if I just pulled it from the oven at home, it is also fresh and tastes well! Left thestore and to me right away! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! If your location hours of operation are clearly listed online and on your storefront as open untill 10... pm why is it that at 8:45 pm after i have already finalized my order and im in route to the location, why would a storeassiciate call me to cancel my order stating theyre closed. This is unexceptable. Business owners should be careful to hire onlypersons who want to work and wont drive down sales my $25 order could have been apart of the nights closing sales tally. I live4mins from this location and my family love great pizza but we wont be ordering again from this terrible location given thistreatment. Its only right that they honor the posted hours unless theyve been changed in that case change the listings. Then isaw a guest come into the store afterwards at 9:18 after she cancelled my order.
